Revere Health Medical Lab - American Fork

I've had to get my blood drawn several times a year, ever since I was kid. No other lab has compared to the expectational service and care I received today from the ladies at this lab. Itzel (I believe her name was) was my Phlebotomist and she did absolutely amazing! I didn't even feel it at all, and was the most pain free experience physically. She is extremely skilled and kind.

I always shake, cry, and become dizzy at every blood draw, so when that happened during my visit, the ladies were all incredibly caring, attentive, and understanding. They were so reassuring, immediately got me ice packs, laid me down, and talked me through it. They were quick to offer my snacks/drinks. Jaine was especially incredible and so kind, she was by my side the whole time until I calmed down. She has such a sweet personality and great bedside manner.

This is definitely my go to lab in Utah County now. They are the best and wish every blood draw experience could be this good! 5 stars all around!

Ryan is wonderful!
He is so good at his job that I did not feel the needle or poke. He is also friendly and cares about the patient, which you know is genuine.
He was quick, yet said he takes his time to do it right for each patient. Revere is fortunate to have such an exemplary employee.

I am always nervous getting my blood drawn. Seriously hate it. Janie was the best. She kept me distracted and was so quick, even though there were so many vials. There was very little discomfort. The whole experience was great. They got me in quick and got me out quick.

This place is very welcoming, all of the receptionists have been professional and nice every time I come. I have hard to find veins and they're always so patient with me and have been able to get my blood every time! That never happens to me because of my hidden veins! I also have to lay down because I have a history of passing out and they don't mind at all. They have a chair that reclines that they use. 10/10 office

Janie was amazing! I had the worst experience last week somewhere else and she was the best! So easy and painless!

I live in PG. My go to lab. Fast, efficient, friendly. open 7-5 M-F. Most don't know it is one of the few that opens at 7, so never a line then (until people read this review and show up at 7!😁

I has a great experience at this lab! The wait time was a little long, but it was walk-in only around lunchtime, so that was understandable. I don't have the easiest veins unfortunately, but Janie was AMAZING. She was incredibly knowledgeable and got the blood she needed on her first poke! She was very kind and made my day!

Last time I gave blood I passed out... Revere had me in and out before I even knew what happened. Great job!

Got my blood drawn here. The staff extremely efficient. I was originally told a 45 minute wait but I was back in the booth 15 minutes later. The tech got my vein on the first try with minimal discomfort and was conversational while doing my blood draw which eased the tension.

Quick and simple for a blood draw. Reception was helpful, tech was quick and professional.

Staffs are so friendly and there was no line at 8am. Loved it!

I went to the American Fork lab instead of Provo, where I usually go. They were open early, which was convenient, and I had no trouble getting a decent parking spot. I was seen quickly, and they got the sample on the second try (on my notoriously difficult to find veins). It was a positive experience. (It's closer to the North entrance than the east entrance.)

It was pretty short time waiting. The guy was super nice. Great experience!

People are kind blood draws are good.

Janie went above and beyond in caring for me during the draw, and after when I was feeling dizzy. She was very kind.

I have only had good experiences having my blood drawn here they are very professional and very good at their jobs. Ryan got me taken care of faster than most people can get an i.v. in me 1000 star review
