Michael came out within hours of being called, to replace the heating element in our water heater. He's courteous and a pleasure to meet. His work was completed neatly and in a very timely manner and was very reasonably priced. He also gave us advice on ways to improve our water quality and possible ways to replace our heater when it finally gives in.

Our kitchen sink was backing up and we were packing for a vacation. We called Michael on Friday afternoon before the 4th of July weekend. He was able to come over right away, and got the job done. Friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

jD came out looked at my water heater
I told him I had set the reset button because the hot water stopped coming out, then water heater worked again
After awhile it stopped working again so I rest button and it didn’t work this time
JD looked at it and realized I forgot to turn the circuit breaker on, he said sometimes it has to be set twice
He turned it on, now it’s been working fine
Said to call if it stopped working
And he didn’t charge me anything!!!

Have used Michael's Plumbing for years. Mike has fixed many plumbing issues in our house and rental house on short call. Work is excellent and prices quite reasonable. I have never had one complaint about his work and I know we've called him probably a dozen times over the years.

Our water heater broke and I called and JD came out that day. 24 hours later I had a new water heater installed! Very pleased with outcome, he is friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, Highly recommend!
