So happy I called! I noticed a lot of recommendations on the Greendale Facebook page and needed a second opinion on my headlamps. Tom was great saved me a ton of money, and fixed my headlamps! A long time established family business in my own community? Yes, please!

Very friendly, they do NOT do emissions testing but directed me to a place nearby that does!

We've been going here for 55 years. Back when his Dad was running the shop. My parents took their cars and then we started taking our cars there too. Tom owns the shop and he's a guy that I trust with my car repairs. In the past two months I had a bunch of suspension and break work done on an 11 year old car. Both visits, he went above and beyond. He also told me what to look for and take care of in the future. The prices were fair, and he explains everything if you need to know what he did to the car. That shop has been around since 1927, and this generation is going to make sure it's around for years to come.

HONEST, reliable! Did the work asked, also informed me of work that needed to be done. I was amazed my first visit when they refused to do a repair, and lost the money I would have paid, because the car was not safe to be on the road. They even helped me scrap it. When they arrived to tow it away, I was given twice what they offered me on the phone!

Tom is known for his excellent service & good prices. I've been going there for 5 years now, and continue to.. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust.. Also, I believe it is the oldest business, still in operation in Franklin.
