Wonderful for our party! We had Big O Spuds for our party to celebrate that we had eloped. They were so wonderful to work with, great prices for events, so many options for food, and the friendliest people! They even have a little truck that we were able to have slushies served out of, which was a big hit since it was summertime. Our guests are still taking about how much fun it was to have a food truck and how good the food was. We've even been asked to have another party, just for that!

Delivering at SQU HC and ran into this FOOD TRUCK…. Not from the area or even Oregon and this nacho dish was compelling 😳😩🔥

This is the best taco truck that I have ever been to, hands down. Their homemade jalapeno rolls are one of my new favorite foods. So crunchy and creamy with a touch of habenaro (I think) honey that adds a unique flavor explosion. I enjoyed the asada street tacos as well, lots of good flavor and good quality meat, and the chips and salsa were also fantastic. Great selection of real hot sauces as well, truly HOT hot sauces, not plain ol Tabasco or Siracha, but high quality that have some actual kick.
I highly recommend and will be returning myself soon and often.

BIG O SPUDS is our FAVORITE food truck! The owners are sweet, hilarious and make exceptional food. Do yourself a favor and order the tri tip tacos witg a side of jalapeño egg rolls. You cannot go wrong with it!

My husband and I thought their food was delicious. We went to their opening Friday night and in spite of the crowd, the service was fast and efficient and our food was delicious. I do not understand why some people gave negative reviews because I was very impressed with the food and service at Big Ol Spuds.(perhaps they are finicky people or they are the competition writing g fake reviews). I have had their food before and it is delicious. We will keep going back and giving them our business 💗. After all they donated to feed the children in the school system. I think they are an awesome business and have excellent food. I know many others agree with me because it was other people that told me to eat there. ❤

Here's the thing... though a "Tex Mex" food truck... confining these confections into a single category is reminiscent of asking "Do you like music?"

This place is better than any takeout or drive-thru. They have the best combo with fries , wedges, baked potatoes, basically anything with the potato they do a great job with. The Cabo is incredible!!!

We got the dirty Devon and the mixed feelings with tots! Both were totally delicious and the lady at the front was very nice :)

I got the Devon’s Dirty Nachos and they are delicious!

Passed the food truck yesterday and had to stop today and try it - I got the elote nachos and the jalapeno rolls, both of which were amazing. Super delicious and good portions for the price. My housemates got the chili cheese baked potatoes, which were HUGE and packed full of chili and cheese, and the Devon's nachos, which were described as "incredible." Also split the street tacos, another winner. Definitely stop and grab something if you see them, I'm already picking out what I want for lunch on Monday!

Wow! I love this food cart! Many different combinations of toppings to choose from, that are generously heaped over a baked potato, or a spiral Tornado spud, or fries, Doritos, or tater tots. This time, I had the Therapy Session(tri-tip, mac-n-chz, bbq) over a baked, and the previous visit I had a Cabo over a Tornado. So good! Next time I'm going for something spicy over tater tots. Can't wait.

This place is awesome! Great food and amazing friendly people! The first time I tried them I was skeptical but I’m always skeptical of trying new food but let me tell you the flavor profiles and combinations are so delicious! They’re my go to for lunch! Give the jalapeño egg rolls a try!

Some of the best food around and that’s saying a lot for a food truck!!! The food is so dang tasty!!! The chicken sandwich and asada tacos are our fav!!! And who doesn’t love a huge baked potato!?!? Highly recommended!!!

I had the tri tip tacos and jalapeño egg rolls and I was not ready for how good it was. So glad to have tried it!

I've had Devons dirty nachos, they were awesome, tonight I stopped and got pulled pork mac and cheese and jalapeno rolls.....the rolls are so tasty I'll be getting those again for sure, the mac and cheese is definitely a get again, the pork with the mac and cheese go perfectly together....thanks guys, we'll see you next time!

Just tried Big O Spuds for the 1st time. Great food, Large portions, and Good prices. Will definitely be back!

Perfect go to for a picky family. We all love it. There are so many options and everything we have had has been great and they always go above and beyond!
