Dollar General

Dollar General is the best thing to come to Merlin in years! I can get almost everything off my list right here. It's my first and usually my last stop when I need to go to the store. Highly recommend!!

A local surplus of quality items at amazing prices! This well organized store has some of the most amazing low prices that you will find. It's got that local charm feeling and whether you need a gift for someone, supplies for your pet, grocery items for dinner, home improvement supplies or other items, you should consider dropping in to this store to find something at a very reasonable price. The staff are genuine and they get you out of the store very quickly, even when the line is long.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked and clean store. They are always willing to help you find a particular item(s). My wife has a dairy allergy, so more non-dairy food items to choose from would be a great help. A great place to shop if you live outside of a large town and just need a few items until your next shopping trip.

Pretty good selection of products. prices seem to be average. the customer service is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though, they don't sell major tobacco branbs. Only.... Their house brand.

Great service sweet staff clean organzized store. No pay pal option kinda sucks. Their system is pretty slow. New staff frequently. Homeless people always hanging out by The red box stops me from using the box. Offer great clearance and discounts. Aone items way over priced.

True it's a little cramped in there...but wow..they have so much so its understandable. I dont know the name of the super nice guy who helped me...but he is awesome..dropped everything to help me find something obscure...it became a hunt..lol. being disabled I truly appreciated his help. Because of him I will continue to find the obscure items on my list! Going today in fact! So glad we have this choice here!

Truck broke down on freeway exit. I had my 10yo daughter with me & the staff here were kind enough to let her use the restroom. They were very kind & accommodating

Has about anything you could possibly need. Friendly knowledgable workers clean enviroment very helpful staff. From Cell phones with plans to home decor very satisfied with the quality of most items purchased here!

Always great prices. Wish there was a little more isle space. And I think the set up of their check out counters are not set up very well.

Pretty handy store with a little bit of everything in it, and generally all for a good price as well, staff were helpful and high spirited!

I used currency to purchase goods here, unfortunately the general was nowhere to be seen, there were several dollar lieutenants however. They seemed confused when I thanked them for their service, five stars.

They have whatever you are looking for. It may not be the brand name but it’s very close. They do have a lot of brand name stuff. Never have I gone there and didn’t find what I needed.
