Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great place for decently quick bite. Has bar and family seating area. Large selection of burgers with a price range from $10 and up, chicken sandwiches, and some nice salads. They have yummy desserts as well. The mudd pie is great.

Service was awesome & my fish & chips were the best I have had anywhere. Four very large, thick pieces of fish & very reasonable price. I did upgrade to the sweet potato fries which are sooo good.

Great menu, great promotional deals that keep us coming back, and the service is always pleasant. If I were to change anything, it would be less TV's playing. It was very distracting from enjoying the people I was with. We'll ask for a spot with no TVs if possible next time.

Took my daughter to dinner she enjoyed the Mac and cheese with broccoli. I had a burger and salad it all was delicious. Great experience.

I have ordered several Avo-Cobb-O salads from Red Robin recently. They are always fresh and delicious! Most of the time I order delivery through door dash. Today, my salad arrived without the dressing. I was frustrated by this because I wanted to eat my meal, but didn't have dressing on hand. I called and was connected to their manager within a few minutes and sent someone to my location with dressing! While I'm not sure if this was an issue with door dash or Red Robin, Red Robin made it right and I appreciate their service.

On the website to order pickup - the Ensenada Chicken Platter states this " One or two ancho-grilled chicken breast, house-made salsa and salsa-ranch dressing. Served with mixed greens with Cheddar, tomatoes and tortilla strips. " and photo of said meal shows salad and chicken with sauce on it and a salsa container and a lime So we order it then for SIDE CHOICE we ordered Steak fries . Imagine our surprise when all we got was chicken and fries . There began a dialog with the restaurant that the website states SIDE CHOICE not replacement choice so after the 2nd call to a manager only then were we compensated with what the website stated and showed. That's how I understood the website maybe wrong but I don't think so ...

My grandkids love this place! We always get great customer service here, but today it was exceptional. Then I looked at my server’s name tag. He was the local owner and his wife was helping out too. Their total dedication to a great customer experience is evident in the service that all of their employees demonstrate.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service at this location. Was visiting Grants Pass and needed to feed 3 people dinner on a busy Saturday night. Placed an order online, super easy process that even allowed us to customize burgers when one person didn't want onions. Order was ready to pick up within 25 minutes at the estimated time provided. Place was busy but I was able to pick up my order with east. Food was excellent, burgers were cooked to order, garlic fries were amazing and dipping sauces were included. Plan to order again next time we are in town. The Grants Pass Red Robin's food quality is much better than the one near my home town.

I had lunch there last week with a couple of girlfriends. We always like to sit in the bar and have cocktails with our lunch. The atmosphere is nice & it's not noisy so we can enjoy our visit. The servers are very attentive & the food is great.

It's Red Robin- of course the food's amazing! I love the laid back atmosphere & hamburgers!

There was only 1 server on at the time that we showed up & let me tell you...She rocked it between the bar & serving. She acknowledged us as we sat down, letting us know she'd be with us in a moment. She immediately asked what we'd like to drink, took our order, we got a nice hot meal, the manager came out & asked how our meal was & we told him that we absolutely 💯 enjoyed everything, thanking him for a good hot meal & good service. The waitress was on top of her job to. I'd recommend Red Robin for sure!!!. 😋 Yum

Food is delicious! I love this place.

Dinner was really good tonight.. came in to redeem my birthday burger and it was delicious.. my daughter's ribs were really good as well .. everything hot and yummy and our server was really nice.
