Highly recommend rigs n rides to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Went in looking for a Cadillac Cts, Marlin and Tom were great. The entire experience was smooth, and quick, and they even stayed later to ensure the deal went through before the weekend. I had went in pre approved with my bank, but Marlin was able to get me a better interest rate than expected, and a great deal on a the vehicle I purchased. Would definitely do business with them again!

Tom was incredibly helpful and kind with our purchase. My wife and I never felt pressured and it seemed like he cared about us getting into a safe vehicle while we prepare for the birth of our son. Will absolutely recommend Rigs & Rides to anybody looking to buy used!

Wow! You guys were Awesome! I had my car in front of my house and you guys just happen to drive by my home and see my for sale sign in the window of my car. You called me and after a very nice visit in your office, rather than doing this sale on my own, I decided to let you do it for me. It was so easy! Within two weeks I received a check. I can not tell you folks how nice this experience was. I had some good conversations with Tom. They are really good folks with a long time history in Grants Pass. After about 2 weeks of rigorous non-stop searching for a new car, and visiting about a dozen janky dealerships I stopped in to Rigs & Rides. And the search was over...
Not only did they have the car I was looking for, but it was refreshing being at a dealership that doesn't pressure you as soon as you walk in. Rigs and Rides has competent and friendly staff that will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
Definitely a dealership I will recommend to family and friends.

With a name like Marlin you know your experience is going to be awesome. I went into R&R because the last car dealership I dealt with was overly pushy,@ on a car that I didn't want, or met my needs. Marlin was able to get me into a super clean 2016 Sonata, when I didn't expect to have a lender finance that much because of my credit. Not only was he able to but by two lenders. So I had some options, not just a take it or you get nothing situation. To show the type of guy he is, Marlin got my down payment lowered by $500 when I showed up to sign papers. even though Marlin was going to float me the $500 i was short, out of his own pocket had he not been able to get it lowered. My experience was first class. I would gladly send anyone looking for a used car to Marlin, at Rigs and Rides, with confidence that they will have the same awesome experience as myself. Thanks again.

Couldn’t be any Happier!!! Had an amazing experience today with Rigs and Rides! Zero sales pressure from salesmen they made us feel welcomed with Zero pressure.

We purchased a car through Rigs and Rides last Friday, ran into some issues to the point where it was no longer reliable. We were aware we bought it “AS IS”, therefore understanding the risks of likely issues popping up.

We brought the car back stated the issues at hand being that we were overly stressed that the car only lasted 260 Miles.

We spoke to Marlin and his wife, they were right there with us stressed in the events that occurred.

At the end of the day they wanted to see us leave with a good reliable vehicle. They managed to work with the lenders to get us into a 9 year newer car and we couldn’t be more happy with the overall experience!
