Zaffiro's Pizzeria - Ridge

I came here for dinner with my dad. I've actually been coming here for years, but I wanted to write a review for my recent experience.

So the food is awesome. We got cheese and garlic bread with a pepperoni and bacon pizza. All of it was stellar and arrived pretty quickly. I never had issues with the service or food. Our server was great and everything in our order was good and correct, though my dad would say that he wishes the old fashioned he had was stronger.

The restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night, which seemed really unusual especially for a restaurant tied to a movie theatre. I also noticed that there was an unusual wait for the check, like over 30 minutes of waiting. The waiter came by and apologized and explained that the POS system went down and asked if we had cash (which I fortunately had). After another wait, he came by to explain that he couldn't ring up the bill, accept payment or bring us a check due to the system being down so the manager had actually comped our entire meal.

I wanted to give Zaffiros a great review because I really do love this place. I've been going to this restaurant for years and it's still one of my absolute favorite places to get food. I've always enjoyed the pizza here, and the service has always been solid. I just hope more people come here and support this really great pizzeria.

We held my nephew's birthday party at Marcus Ridge Cinema and Zaffiro's New Berlin. Our guests were blown away by the staff's hospitality and genuine kindness. We had a private screening of Jurassic World and the popcorn and drinks we ordered were ready and waiting when we arrived at the theatre. Chandler and Elle at the vending stand were very patient with the kids as they ordered candy and icees. They allowed us a few minutes to put up simple decorations in the backroom of the restaurant. Emma and Jissell were AMAZING! They had the pizzas and sodas waiting on the table for us as we walked in from the movie and checked in through out our meal to see if we needed refills. Emma even provided a trash can for all of the wrapping paper from gifts. A HUGE BONUS was the cute little photo op by the ticket booths as you walk out of the the building that just so happened to match our party theme!

The pizza was fantastic. Nice thin crispy crust and a "medium" salad that was HUGE! Try the kitchen sink salad... you won't be sorry! And the sausage on our pizza was fresh and super-tasty. All around an awesome pizza place. And I can't wait to try everything else!

We had a party of 15. We had lunch at Zaffiro's and then took my 9 year old son, his friends and some adults to the Mario movie at the attached movie theater for his birthday party. Zaffiro's management team and staff were so accommodating! They gave us a nice area in the back which was secluded from other guests. The food came out timely and hot! The waiter was so very kind as well. I was able to order food the week prior. We ordered 4 pizzas, wings and soda. They allowed us to bring in cupcakes and we did our gift opening there as well. We would highly recommend this place! Perfect for a birthday party!

We bring the kids out to dinner and a movie every few months. The kids love that the servers give them coloring sheets. One server always offers kiddie cocktails and she is just the sweetest. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. If you like thin crust pizza then this is the place for you.

Thincredible crust. The best! Wish we started coming here sooner. Great Thursday pizza special plus a variety on menu beyond just pizza. The pepperoni hot honey .... so good.

This place has come a long way! We had some issues in the past, but visited again this week and WOW! The service staff was great, pizza was some of the best I've had in the area, and a Manager actually came and checked on our table to make sure everything was ok! (That's always a sign that a restaurant cares about it's guests).

I called in a order for 2 pizzas and garlic bread today about 12:15 p m and the girl that took my order was so pleasant and helpful. She said just to drive up and she would bring the food out. It worked like a charm and when she brought out the food she was again so pleasant and said to stay safe when we were done. What a GREAT employee I wish I would have gotten her name but she is definitely "a keeper"! Oh yes the food was very good too!

We ordered some tap beers, cheese curds and the “thincredible” cheese and sausage pizza. Everything was so delicious and our server (Jake) was extremely friendly and efficient! We’ll definitely be back.

Always really enjoyed their pizza. Our food was delayed by about 20 minutes because the pizza got burned and had to be remade. They gave us a free pizza and round of drinks. Really appreciate that I've been through a lot worse at restaurants and most of the time they offer like free water if that.

Service was outstanding from start to finish. Wanted to give our waiter Joshua a shout out and the other staff who tirelessly made our evening enjoyable. Food tasted great as well and we made it to our 7:00 movie.

It's Christmas, and everyone seems to be on their game, even though it's busy. Evan is managing the bar with a great attitude, and CJ is hustling. The pizza was delicious. Great job!

We dine here frequently and the pizza is always excellent (thin and crispy) and the service is always fast and excellent. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

I've been here many times before a movie and never had great service until last night. Gabby took care of us at the bar and it was a fantastic experience! Will be back!!
