Personable, professional, pleasant! Dr. Oh was fast, efficient and friendly! Dr. Oh exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to make me feel relaxed, cared about and giving attention to my anxiety by addressing each concern, going over procedures, explaining things to me and reassuring me throughout the entire visit. She and her assistant are very kind, gentle and patient and gave me ample support-emotionally and physically-to get me through. Thank you so very much for being so nice with me when I felt nervous.

I went here on Wednesday January 3rd at 3:00 pm, I got put up very quickly and the dentists there were really kind and unjudgemental, if you are person who's scared of communication you needn't worry as these doctors were very kind and understanding, through my actual dental appointment was amazing to they always asked if I was okay and gave me a signal to tell them if I was in pain ;) BEST DENTAL SPOT IN ALASKA!!!

Making an appointment is easy and workable around my schedule. The staff are always friendly. Before any procedure, I appreciate that they inform you in great detail and in a way that I can understand what they're going to be doing and are happy to answer any questions. This BTY branch is the best!! Dr. Ohsie is friendly, professional and quick but thorough. He gives a comprehensive assessment of your dental health and provides a concise plan with options for moving forward so that you can feel confident and comfortable with your decisions. His assistants and the office staff are also welcoming and efficient. I wouldn’t recommend going to anyone else!

I had to get a crown for the first time. I don’t like going to the dentist in general. They have always been very good to me and done good work!

Dr Choi is phenomenal and the group stands by their work. I will not be going to anyone else from now on!

Our whole family was in on November 1st and we could not have been more pleased with our service! We arrived about 10 minutes early assuming we would have paperwork to do and I hadn't even finished the first page before they took our boys back! They were patient and explained absolutely everything. They also allowed me to be right next to my son and hold his hands while he got cavities filled. They also rearranged my appointment time so that I could be there for my son while he got his work done and my husband could focus on our boys in the waiting room. When his work was done they got me taken care of right away. We will be moving to Wasilla soon, but I'm planning on making the drive to keep this as our dental office!

Was in a lot of pain but they were able to locate the pain and repair it immediately. They were so kind when I started crying from the pain.

Today Dr. H. Lee and her assistant Cindy did a dental cleaning for me. I was in and out within the hour; I got X-Rays done as well as a cleaning and we discussed future visits. They are super fast, efficient and extremely kind and non-judgemental. BTY is very flexible with scheduling and it is super fast and convenient to get into for an appointment. Both times I've been here I have had an amazing experience and I definitely recommend!

My first time being here I showed up with my 3 children. The Dr and staff were extremely patient with all of us and went above and beyond to make sure we all were comfortable. The DA was super sweet to the kids and tried distracting them to the best of their ability. I was blown away by the patience they had and how quick and efficiently they worked. Fast forward a couple days later and I go in by myself for my next appointment. This one seemed to take longer than it should’ve but STILL amazing staff. I absolutely loved the dr with how caring he is for his patients and dental assistants. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and everything he saw in the X-rays. Absolutely phenomenal. I’m not disappointed and would recommend this place to anyone.
