NorthPointe Apartments

On 1/12/24 and 1/13/24 we had a major snow storm with many residents here suffered without electricity in Brown Deer. Consequently many people didn’t have heat and electricity in their home! This took place for 4 days. Here at Northpointe we didn’t have no complications with electricity. We did suffered a few hours without heat, but it was immediately restored. I am so happy to live here where it’s safe.

Jodi has been so helpful in the process of moving! My apartment is so pretty and the grounds are gorgeous. Everything is fair and to be expected as with other apartments. I highly recommend living here!

We've only been here 3 months but this is home now. I needed peace and quiet and I get that here. I can sit on my porch and watch the kids play basketball, I can enjoy the pool, whirlpool and sauna which help me physically as I'm disabled. I can have my kitties and maintenance is prompt and friendly. Jodi and Stella are absolutely the best. I don't even know how to explain all of the things I love here. I don't plan on leaving. Thank you Northpointe for making us feel welcome!

We moved here in May and although it's only been 3 months, it's home. The amenities are fabulous. From the pool, Sauna, whirlpool, workout room, secure package delivery to the security of the building and so much more. It's the best apartments I've ever lived at, and I'm 64!! I just love both Stella and Jodi. They've always been helpful and professional. We'll be here for a long time!!

We rented here from August 2022-2023 and I can't recommend Northpointe enough! I was skeptical about living in an apartment building because of all the horror stories you hear about bad neighbors, noise, etc... But our experience this year has been great. The apartments are huge and well-maintained (a rarity in the Milwaukee area unless you want to pay 2k a month) and it was nice having a balcony! They allow lights and decorations and stuff so we made ours a cozy place with potted plants and a light strip. They're constantly doing improvements and cleaning and it keeps the whole place looking really nice. The apartments are very soundproof as well- I think we only heard our neighbors like once or twice in the year we've been here. Jodi is a really sweet building manager and responds quickly and professionally to emails and is usually available during normal hours in the week. She has been very accommodating to us and it made our time here even better. Oh, and they vet people very closely when accepting applications, so all our neighbors are really nice people and most of our interactions have been so friendly! It's a very safe area and I've never had to worry about anything being stolen or damaged. If I move back to the area, I'd love to live here again!

I’ve lived at Northpointe for 1 year and it has been a very nice place to live at. The maintenance team is very helpful and accommodating with any potential fixes that need to be made overtime and the whole complex is very well kept and clean. Additionally the property manager and ownership group is very understanding and fair with their lease agreements while having the rent be reasonably priced. The amenities are fantastic - the pool, hot tub, indoor sauna, and workout area plus many more, and all included in one’s rent and are very enjoyable. Overall this is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at in my 6 years of renting in various other areas and I recommend this place to rent to anyone.

I've been living here since April and I absolutely love it!!! The available parking spots for guests and the cleanliness of the building as a whole really makes my experience great. The management and maintenance people of the building are so friendly and always willing to help no matter the situation! Along with that, the community here at the apartments is so warm and inviting. Safety has always been something as well that I take into account when searching, and that is something I have been impressed by since living here. I highly recommend living here!!! Not to mention, the amenities between the pool, sauna, hot tub and tennis courts. YOU CAN'T BEAT IT! :)

I've lived at Northpointe for about 6 years now and it has been a great experience. It's the best kept secret in Brown Deer, in my opinion. It has so many amenities included in the rent-- a pool, free underground parking, in-unit washer/dryer, free heat in the winter/air conditioning in the summer. Other apartments have half the amenities that we do and are way more expensive! The building is always clean and kept in great condition and any time I've ever had an issue, maintenance was so fast and helpful at fixing the problem. This is the best place I've ever lived.

I’ve been here for going on 3 years and I’ve felt so secured and at peace. They have everything you could want over in Brown Deer!

I am so happy that I moved here. With all the amenities I am so pleased. And I got to keep my dog, Phoebe.
And with all the staff, Jodi, Jason, Stella, and Dana. They make it feel like a home.
If anyone is looking for an apartment in Brown Deer this is the place to be.Very clean and taken care of like none other.

My wife and I have been here 11 years. After 30 years living in a house I wasn’t sure if I could live in an apartment. After moving in I realized that Northpointe is as warm as my home was. The staff and property have always been exceptional. This is our home. We love it here!

A good service and management. Parking availability indoor and outdoor. Swimming pool, Gym, and working space are a fantastic utilities to have in the building without forgetting the big sized balcony. The appartements are well insulated. The AC works perfectly and you have control over it. Very clean space and well maintained. Moving here was a real deal.

We highly recommend NorthPointe Apartments. We had a good experience living at Northpointe for over 3.5 years, and also met several residents who have lived here 20+ years. Rent is fair and the amenities are great. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool year-round and small playground set behind the building. Extra indoor storage closet in building a plus. Car wash area in underground parking very convenient, especially during winter.

Jodi and Krista are very friendly, accommodating, and professional. There was some turnover among the maintenance staff during our time, but all staff always responded to our work orders promptly. Overall, they navigated COVID and all the local public health restrictions and changing recommendations well.

The property is well maintained, with cleaning crews cleaning and vacuuming the main areas and hallways every weekday. Additionally, management conducts maintenance for individual units at regular intervals: air filters are changed, dryer ducts are cleaned, smoke detectors work and have fresh batteries. The building’s fire alarm system is also tested regularly.

We found noise levels to be pretty minimal; you can hear some voices and footsteps pass by in the hallway and occasionally hear music but nothing bad.

The staff at NorthPointe is fantastic. The communication from the main office is always clear and quick, and I have never waited for more than 24 hours for my maintenance requests to be addressed. The grounds are well-kept, neighbors are friendly, and overall the complex has been a fantastic place to live. We have loved living here so far and will be continuing our lease!!

We lived at Northpointe for almost 3 years and stayed in 2 different units while there. The office staff (Jodi & Krista) were always very helpful and always made sure that we were well taken care of. Maintenance was always quick and courteous, and all issues were always fixed in a timely manner.

The price for rent at this property is very reasonable for the location and the amenities (indoor swimming pool, garage parking, fitness center, in-unit washer & dryer, etc). Would highly recommend!

I made a transition from a 10 room house to a 1 bedroom apartment about a 2 1/2 years ago. I needed a place that would take both my dog and my cat and I wanted somewhere convenient to my new office. I got all that and more when I moved to NorthPointe. The staff was very accommodating when I was making my move and has always been attentive whenever I've needed any maintenance done. The grounds are beautiful and I'm only 15 minutes from any downtown events I want to see. If you are looking for a rental home, I would definitely recommend NorthPointe.

I've only been here for 2 1/2 months, but I think it's very telling that some reviewers have been here 20+ years. I have a lovely 1BR with a balcony surrounded by trees, and I couldn't be happier. The neighbors are friendly, even despite COVID-related social distancing; the kids like my dog. The indoor pool is a real plus for me, as I like to go swimming several times a week. The landscaping here is just gorgeous—lots of attention to detail. And did I mention all the tall, old trees?!

Everybody who reads apartment reviews wants to know about the noise level. I can honestly say it's pretty quiet here. I get no indoor noise from the apartments around me, no loud TV or music, no crying children or parents arguing. Just quiet. So different from the last 2 places I rented, where the walls were paper thin. During the day, I do hear some noise outdoors or if my balcony door is open, but very moderate.

So far I've had only 2 minor maintenance requests, and both were handled right quick.

Property management can really make or break the rental experience. Jodi and Krista are the best! Very warm and easy to talk to but also very professional.

In short, I highly recommend NorthPointe.

My husband and I moved here, a little over a year ago. We lived in our own home for 30+ years and several apartments. We could not be happier here at Northpointe. The staff takes pride in what they do. They all have taken extra measures ,on top of already great care, of the building and grounds during this pandemic to make sure that this place is clean, CDC guidelines are followed and any repairs are handled in a very timely manner in a way that protects staff and residents. We are grateful to be here.

Would definitely recommend NorthPointe Apartments - which is why this is my second year in a row renting here! If you're looking for an affordable apartment that is clean, well-kept, has great amenities, and has attentive staff, then this is your place. It's in a good area too, close to stores/restaurants and trails and parks. The weight room has what I need, and the pool/hottub is pretty nice to have too. There is a room downstairs that you can rent for get togethers, and there is a room with wifi and a printer for school/work stuff. Love my balcony view too! Both units I have rented are spacious and have been cleaned well - with nice kitchen appliances and no real wear and tear. They are definitely well cared for. The units are a good amount of space for the reasonable price you pay!

Jodi and Krista are great too, and they're helpful for whatever you need to make your living experience here positive. They are both extremely attentive to the residents here, and you can tell they care about making sure NorthPointe is a desirable place to live. Love this place and am happy to be renting again!
