Friendly staff. Lauren , the tech is a wonderful lady who made sure my dental molds were spot on. The dentist and the other tech Johnny were super knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like everyone from reception to techs and the Doc went out of their way to help me. Very happy - that is why Ive been with Aspen for going on 5 years.

The crew at Aspen dental was cheerful, friendly, and so helpful! They listened to my concerns and were very patient with explaining everything to me. They helped me come up with an affordable payment plan and were very accommodating with scheduling due to my busy work schedule.

As I was recommended to them by friends and colleagues, I too, would highly recommend to others.

2023 was the year I said I would take care of my much needed dental work...
By November and all of the happenings of the year, I had little faith I would have the means to get anything handled.
I took the drive to aspen to at least get something began, there is a LOT of work that needed done.
I would like to note the kindness and compassion they had for me while I was in office, there was no shameful questions or accusations that have often come up with other dental professionals around the state of my oral health.
They made it possible for me to manage taking the first step of my oral care, and did so in an absolutely affordable and understanding way.
Thank you for helping me feel pride in my smile again, and the true kindness you have shown to someone who has been traumatized time and time again in trying to get dental care squared away.

It’s been too long since I’ve been to the dentist but the staff here was friendly and professional, I got my mouth 3d scanned which was super cool. They also offer oral cancer screening which hadn’t crossed my mind. Great place!

All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Well organized and clean facility. Trudy the Hygienist was great. She fit me in the same day I was there for new patient exam and x-rays. Dentist was nice too. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them.

The Doctor and staff gave me the best exam I have ever had. They explained everything in great deal and what needed to be done to keep my own teeth. Then they went above and beyond to make it all happen. I am absolutely grateful to all they are doing and the gifts I am about to receive.

6 weeks pregnant, no insurance, never been to Aspen Dental before. I came in visibly emotional due to a crown that came off a root canal from a previous dentist. I was distraught and needed it glued back on. The ladies at the front were so polite and understanding of the situation. She got me in that same day! They are extremely genuine folks ❤ I couldn't say more except I will definitely be returning for any further issues that may arise with my teeth and mouth health. Shout out to Kayla up front for making me feel so welcome 🙏

This staff is very thorough and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them and left happy that I chose this office, after over 20 years of no dental work.

Were able to fit me in asap. Gave clear directions, offered different solutions for the problems I was having. Mostly, they were beyond kind to me since I’m not a fan of the dentist to begin with . Will be continuing to go there for treatment and care!

I am very impressed with Aspen Dental. The office is beautiful. Receptionist is delightful. Modern equipment makes the initial visits so much nicer. Dentist was very gentle. I love it!

All staff was welcoming and expressed the desire for me to feel comfortable. I had x-rays done and my teeth checked. A plan of treatment was completed.

I want to express my deep appreciation to Aspen Dental of Grant's Pass, Oregon. I had a dental emergency, and the first coordinator on the phone (I don't know her name) was so helpful and she guided me to speak to Jessica of the Grant's Pass Aspen office.
Jessica could not have been more compassionate and helpful. I was in a lot of pain, and she took that seriously and treated me with kindness. She was able to get me in within 24 hours which I appreciated so much. Also, the front desk receptionist has such great service manners and courtesy. The cost was way below what I expected, and my dentist took the time to explain everything to me during the procedure. I recommend them as highly as possible!

Great dental office, they were able to take me in and help me take out the bad teeth that were hurting me. I was in pain since Friday and it took until the next Wednesday for me to get taken out. I tried all the dentist office in town and they couldn't help at the time and I am thankful they did. So I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service and the staff was amazing too

Everything has gone well. Everyone has worked with me well and they are accommodating in doing adjustments when I needed them. So far I’m very pleased.

My first appointment was great everyone was so polite and helpful! They quickly identified my issues and concerns and put together a plan to take care of them!
