My husband and I love everything Club Northwest has to offer! We can go there for a quick meal, workout, or a relaxing time at the spa. It doesn’t get much better than that!

It is a huge facility with something to do for everyone in your family. Gym equipment, racquetball courts, climbing walls, a pool, a hot tub, steam room, saunas, to name a few. There's a small workout area for women next to the lockers if the main one is full. A fun-filled place to stay active.
Staff was friendly and ready to assist.

The club always feels like home. I’ve never had an experience where I didn’t feel welcome and comfortable. I love the staff and the machines are so user friendly! The improvements made are always so appreciated as you can really tell that the owners care about their guests and the quality of the establishment. I recommend CNW every time someone asks about what gym to sign up with.

I enjoy all the classes that are offered and the instructors are wonderful! I also like having a workout room for women tucked behind the locker room. I appreciate having shampoo, conditioner and other products available to use so that I don't have to tote all of mine to the club. The large entrance room allows a great place to visit with other members. There are just a lot of niceties like blow dryers and that great bathing suit spinner that makes my experience comfortable. Overall, it is a nice environment to simply enjoy working out at.

If there is something that you want in a fitness club, Club NW has it! The Club has interesting and challenging fitness classes that are free for members, excellent equipment, a great culture, and great staff that are all eager to be helpful.

The sign up fee for membership is pretty steep, but we have found it well worth the price, especially because we have young children. Their Kids Zone at Club NW is wonderful! Both of our children look forward to their time there to be active and have fun. The staff at Kids Zone have proven to be very attentive, and take issues of safety and inappropriate behavior from other children seriously. We feel very comfortable leaving our children in their care.

I have been going to Club NW since about 2016. I love all the amenities like the outdoor workout area, KidZone and the smoothie bar. Also when I first started going I was able to gain confidence in the women's only workout room and feel comfortable to workout in the main gym now! Also all the staff are amazing!

I love having my new membership at club Northwest. There is definitely a sense of community and I feel welcome every time I walk in. They even Use the phrase” Welcome home” Another thing I love about the gym is the amazing play area for my children to go where they have fun every time and I feel safely there for the hour that I am working out I place a 10 out of 10

The pool is my zone. It meets my mental and physical needs. I really enjoy that I can swim laps with all the light of the outdoors while still warmly inside. The wall of glass really brings that light in. Plus having the addition of the warmer, shallow pool allows for a place for the smaller kids to play while I do laps peacefully.

I love the versatility and all of the amenities. Everything I need in one place! Everything is a just a few steps away. Treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, aerobics you name it! Best of all is the attentive and caring staff that are there whenever I need them. All the way from setting a personal training appointment up to assisting me with choosing the right cycling class or diet plan for me. After a long workout and decompression I love stoping by the smoothie bar and ordering a high protein and fiber shake for my recovery and digestive system. I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world! Thank you for all you do and that you stand for.

The staff is super nice and respectful to you. The equipment is excellent with vast variety of Different machines working out different groups different all you can think of . The club has a nice mellow vibe to the facility which I look for in a gym. Overall outstanding facility

I've always loved coming to Club Northwest since I was a kid! They have great facilities, wonderful members and employees, and a fantastic atmosphere that is unlike anywhere I've been. They have great equipment and lots of things to do, and I always feel welcome when I go! The gym is amazing, the classes are fun but also offer an intense workout, the pool is nice and relaxing, and it's an overall great place to be! I definitely appreciate the people who work there, they are always willing to help you out if there's anything you need, regardless of what it is! I highly recommend Club Northwest, you won't find another place like it!

Hi! My husband and I joined this gym 2 years ago. I was searching for a gym that has all the amenities, especially a sauna and steam room ✅ ! I work from home and have gone different times of the day. I have never waited on a machine to open, that was big for me. The facility is extremely clean, the weights are always put back, members are always wiping down the equipment after each use. I love the spa area for the women. I was shocked to see that there’s a private room for women to work out in if they are not comfortable working out in the general area. That is as amazing. They have a smoothie and food bar. They have great smoothies, haven’t tried the food but smells amazing! There’s so much more to the gym that I haven’t explored. You’re always greeted so kindly at the entrance. They also sell lululemon in the lobby ;). Back home in the big city I would compare this gym to the Equinox but at quarter of the cost. My husband and I love club northwest!

All of the different options for exercise. It’s very versatile and the staff is all friendly. Kidzone is probably my favorite part though. The kids get to have an absolute blast and I don’t feel guilty for having someone else watch them while I focus on myself.

Probably my favorite overall gym/club I’ve ever used. The facility is great, the staff is great. The smoothie bar is awesome and I LOVE the new outside weight training area!

ClubNW is a great place all around, there’s always something to find or do, be young or old. A great family space and an awesome place to get in shape, ClubNW has offered the community of Grants Pass a place of entertainment and relaxation.

After making this review, Levi reached out to me immediately to solve the problem. He was responsive and communicative. He let me know exactly what was being done to fix the problem and gave me regular updates.
While they are still working on the AC, they replaced the ceiling fan during the remodel and they have received positive feedback from parents and staff about the situation of it being too hot in the baby room.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My only complaint is the baby room. It’s too hot! They have no fans or ACs so all the babies get super fussy fast and parents feel like they can’t be gone for a while class. This is an issue. My oldest loves the kids play area but until they get the baby room nice and cool, we can’t go. I might even cancel our memberships over it. We love being members of this gym. It’s more like a second home or community then just any other gym.

Kidzone option for childcare while us parents get our workout on is amazing. The smoothie bar is great too. Along with how clean the gym is maintained

Club northwest is hands down the best gym in the area. The facility is always super clean. The staff members are welcoming and kind. I highly recommend.

You are always striving to improve things at CNW. I really appreciate that. Also the team is awesome, friendly and helpful when needed but not overbearing. My whole family really appreciates all you do for us and our community.
