Bradley Townhomes & Apartments

We lived at Bradley Townhomes from 2008-2022. We enjoyed our time. Cam and the maintenance staff were great. Any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this community.

I moved into Bradley Townhomes in 2010. I am a single mother with two daughters. This place provided me and my children with an affordable, spacious and peaceful 3 bedroom home, complete basement (and it wasn't a creepy basement). The property is well kept and maintained every month. My townhome was neat, clean and up-to-date. Every maintenance call I made, was handled in an appropriate amount of time. Cam, the Property Manager was easy to work with, her firmness was much received. Living in Bradley Townhomes gave me the readiness to purchase my own home, I recently moved out November 30, 2022 into my new condo. I really appreciate my time here and if I didn't purchase, I would still be living at Bradley Townhomes. My advice to anyone who desires to live here, PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME, it's a good relationship builder. Thank you All at BTH!

Our tenure here for the last 7 years have been awesome. The property manager is outstanding and has handled any problem or concerns I've had in real time. The culture is quiet and for the most part peaceful. If this sounds like you then- Bradley Townhomes is the place for you!

I love living here. Whenever there's a problem, which there rarely is, I call the office and they come fix it either that day or the next, they send people around every few months to check for bed bugs, we always get advanced notices, and they have cameras installed (makes me feel safe). The house layout is extremely nice. Comes with a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. It's honestly the best place I've lived on my own so far. And Cam is always on top of everything. She seems to genuinely care. I'll stay here until I move out of Milwaukee.

This is the best place to live!!! I love my neighbors and the feeling of community here! We look out for each other and are always out there to lend a hand and say hello. The staff is so attentive and quick to respond to my needs. I have dealt with Alyse and Cam in the past and I've had such positive interactions with them. Always helpful and quick with anything I need!!!!!

Absolutely love the Bradley Townhomes. Lived there for over 14 years and they were just perfect. From the facilities to each one of the staff. They all truly care and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. My son grew up there and we will always keep the most amazing memories from our forever "home". Thank you everybody!

I absolutely love my townhome. The privacy is what I was looking for, it's quiet, and as a tenant my concerns are taken care immediately and the upkeep of the curb appeal is spectacular.

I was LITERALLY Born here, although it was 40 yrs ago! It was planned for my birth to be at home intentionally. Even though I only lived my first four years at this residence, I still have many memories quite clear. I Love that everything Still looks Exactly the same as I remember! From the Outside anyways, just slight discoloration from aging in the roof perhaps. Yet the photos showing the inside was the only difference! In an amazing way,such extreme remodeling must have taken place over the years I'm guessing. Very impressive, I'm so pleased with the maintaining of Bradley Homes. I absolutely love that it's still in its original form from the exterior throughout all these years, especially since it's my birth place and place of first childhood memories. Also I've noticed it's no longer low income, as it was when I lived there. I hope it continues to stay the same in appearance as it has always :-)

My daughter Sarah moved into a condo,four family unit. Very large two bedroom apartment. Very nice place and the landlord is a nice man!🙂

Great place to call home... safe, well-maintained complex. Any time I’ve ever had a concern, management (Cam) is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Very nice place to live and visit. I am glad management stays on top of things! Manager Cam, is easy to talk with and very fair!

I love it it’s a safe place for me and my son they’re so respectful and nice I couldn’t be much happier I am in a nice decent home and my son loves it they’re on time as well I have no regrets coming here I appreciate them all
