AVOID THIS STORE !!! It’s a SCAM FRONT !!

I purchase 2 fandeliers from them because the owner came across extremely professional and nice. Well it started out well so I thought but what I received was different then what I purchased.
I purchased 2 52” fandeliers matching and what I received was a 42” & 36” fandeliers. When I contacted Tabatha the owner she apologized said her warehouse staff made a mistake and she would make it right and send the correct ones this was November 15 of 2023 . I am still waiting for this to be resolved and finally got a response back from Tabatha via Facebook marketplace where I purchased them from her saying she was busy with Christmas holiday stuff for kids and had automobile accident so I ask that she take care of it now she promised she would not to worry. Well now here we are in the new year Jan 24th and still no resolution and she is now not responding to my calls or text.

Tabatha all I want is the correct items I purchased you promised to make right or a full refund which you said you would do .
