They are the most honest mechanic I've been to in a long time. JERRY'S on Hwy F quoted $1,200 on repair of an item that was showing "wear" while missing a loose tie rod. Spent $215 and am driving safer.

Small shop with super talented people- they essentially replaced the heart of my motor in my truck. It has never run so well and I was given a great price, a loaner car and treated with respect. I would recommend this shop to anyone for anything to do with their vehicle.

I'm an Auto dealer for 40 years I have experience with repair shops. This is what I would call the real deal ... They are professional ,welcoming have fair pricing and a place that I will recommend to my customers as a safe place to patronize.

I have an old Acura that has been having problems, and I heard about Dependable which is also nearby my home. Tommy was open to looking at it right away, and let me know within just a few hours, what was wrong and the price. Then, when something else turned out to be wrong too, he explained it to me and took it back right away, to make sure I had transportation, even though he had other appointments. Tommy was just fantastic--so helpful, fast, fair and honest. I am so impressed with this place! My car is running fine now! Just amazing.

Great team, very honest. I had an electrical issue that nobody could figure out. Took my car to Dependable, and they spent many days trying to figure out the issue without charging me for their extra time spent investigating. They made the situation right. Beth was a great communicator throughout the process & JB was the mechanic who went above and beyond. Will return & recommend to friends & family.

Great local shop...fast, friendly, fair-priced service. My family has been coming to Dependable for years. It did indeed change ownership recently but I can personally attest to the seamlessness of the transition. Dean, Loren, Tommy and company are all friendly and knowledgable. Never once felt pressured into getting any unnecessary work done.

I've been coming here since 2016 and Tommy has been nothing short of amazing. I was thinking of buying a car and Tommy took his time and went under the hood and found issues with the car. Tommy stopped me from buying a pile of junk. Weather I have a question or a urgent matter with my cars, Tommy is always very helpful and doesn't mess around. The staff there always has a smile on, no matter what. I will continue to bring all my cars here.

Great experience on our first trip there. Basic work done, but they were prompt, friendly and affordable.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and to get a noise checked out…I appreciated their honesty with what was going on and their advice for what I could do.

Nail in tire. I hate pulling the nail in my driveway and then have to put a spare on after the wheel deflates if it punctured through.

Dropped it off and asked them to patch after the nail is removed, if needed. Pulled nail, no patch needed, no charge. They could have easily said the nail punctured through and they patched it, but they were honest.

Trust is key with mechanics.

Tom and Randy are great guys. I like to work on my car when it needs service but ... When the work is past my ability or my tools this is my place. Great work and fair prices.

Went there with a malfunctioning windshield wiper. From ordering the part to working with my after-market warranty, everything was done in a matter of hours. JB was really polite, explained the whole problem and showed me the broken parts that needed to be replaced. Would go again without hesitation.

JB did a great job on all 3 of our cars. He put a clutch in my step daughters Mazda, a coil in my son’s Focus, and a new wheel bearing in my wife’s Lincoln MKX. Very reasonably priced too.

they fix all my work trucks and vans.... vary good work..!! the prices are just were they need to be in this time of ups and down...

I will not take my work trucks any where other then there.!!!

I never ever had ANY auto shop do me the right way like dependable auto dose... so the next time you want to be cheap.. do it YOURSELF!!!!

Best couple of mechanics in the metro area. Very nice knowledgeable guys that work well together. Go see Randy for any and everything you may need done on your car truck or van.

EXCELLENT service! I stopped in to get a tire repaired and they dropped everything to help, then charged me almost nothing for the service. Great guys - HIGHLY recommended!
