WaFd Bank

I have never gone in this branch, as I always go to the Union Ave branch. This branch had lots of staff available with upbeat welcoming personalities. Ashley was very efficient and fast with my transaction, even though the cash machine was giving her a hard time. She was patient and still kept positive. Union branch normally has maybe, on a good day, 2 people visible and they are VERY slow. I plan on going back to this branch in the future as it and the staff were more welcoming and valued my time. Thank you Ashley for the great service and for valuing my time, I will be back.

Everytime I go into the bank I’m greeted with smiles. Everyone there is so welcoming and so kind, and this is the only bank I have never had issues with. Everyone is understanding, calm and I love the environment at this bank. I would definitely recommend coming in!

I came into the bank today to see about cashing a check that I was given by one of your customers. I have never cashed a check with your bank. Ashley explained to me she would need to set up an over the counter profile, I did not understand what that meant so she explained it very well and I thought it seemed like a lot so I decided to just go to my bank and do it. I want to say Ashley was so kind and so helpful with such a bright smile. Ashley also told me a bit about your accounts you have and that she would love to have me bank with wafd. I really think I might switch banks just because how kind she was and her smile. Thank you Ashley for your help today, I hope to see you next time when I have more time to set up the profile or an account. ❤❤

Ashley is amazing!! Oh my gosh, she was so kind and helpful and very friendly to my littles and to me. It's nice to walk into a bank and feel like family and that's just how she makes you feel. Every interaction with her is cheerful, fun,quick and accurate! She always greets us with a SMILE and a high five forcthe littles!! Keep her around because SHES THE BEST!!Go to 7th St WAFED!!
