Comb 'n Shear is awesome ! Tom goes above and beyond for his clients . My 92 year old Dad recently spent a month in the hospital and was in much need of a hair cut. Upon arriving Infront of the Barber Shop ,Tom came out , met us at the car and walked with Dad into the shop. Dad received a great hair cut and eye brow trim.
Upon leaving ,Tom suggested I move the car back to the ramp in the sidewalk then he walked Dad back out to the car. We are so Thankful for this Barber Shop and Tom

Tom is the epitome of a professional. He knows exactly what you need, is efficient, talented, and a great conversationalist. My grandfather always made a point of traveling to visit Tom as he was the only barber in Milwaukee that could cut a proper flat top he said. I only wish I had listened to him sooner! I highly recommend Comb 'n Shear.

Dont let the building fool you, this place is as good if not better then the trendy new places. I was in a rush, told him what I liked, he told me about my hair and what it needed to lay right. Ive always had a hard time getting a good haircut and he nailed it. He had my hair cut in only 3 minutes from picking up his tools. The guy knows his stuff and earned my respect. He's the first person to get me to schedule my next haircut!

I just went to Tom based on the recommendations here, and he did not disappoint. He told me all about how he's been cutting hair for over 40 years, and everybody does it wrong nowadays. I was out in 15 minutes with my hair exactly how I wanted it (which only happens about 10% of the time).
Best part: it only cost $13.

Been coming here since moving to Tosa 2 years ago. Tom is a great guy, good conversationalist while at the same time an impeccable pro with the clippers. You even get a straight razor shave on the back of your neck, for under $15. Shop is nice and clean, following the necessary Covid precautions!

Fast, friendly, local barber who had been doing this longer than I've been alive. He knows what he's doing and will give you tips on how to maintain your hair if you ask. If the closest athletic cuts chain is too busy, head over here for a quick trim (except Mondays).

Tom was recommended to me by a friend. I was tired of the 'Salons' where you were a number and seldom got the same 'stylist' twice. Called Tom, asked for his next opening. I showed up on time. Got my haircut. Simple, uncomplicated and honest.

Great, old-fashioned barber shop! Tom will tell you a story while cutting your hair, and shaving your neck. Only$13, and your boy can get his hair cut while sitting in a Sherman tank.
