Olympia Nissan Service Department

I had a problem with my air conditioner and had to order a replacement part. It only took two days to get the part and had the part installed the next day. Other shops were available but it would have taken a week to get in. The staff at Nissan were friendly and accommodating. Yes it took a little longer to finish the job but it was done right and that’s all I wanted. And they even washed my car:)

Awesome fast service! Took it in for a drop off and was told they could take care of it right then! Only spent hour and half waiting! So shout out to the service department and fast techs! A++

The service agent Bruce was very professional and courteous. Also, the mechanic who worked on my car was very timely finishing my car in two days. Overall experience was very satisfying. Five star rating. Thank you.

I normally don't like going to dealerships because I always heard that they are expensive. I went there today as I needed to be able to unlock my car with the key as I have lost the key fob. They had me come in I went for a walk, it did take a few hours as they were very busy. The gentleman that was helping me came to me when it was done told me what the issue was then asked to see if I had time for them to wash my car. I really like the list they gave me of the issues with the prices so I can budget for things... and with pictures.

Bruce did an amazing job, in keeping me informed, as well as treating me me with the utmost respect.

Bruce and the service staff went above and beyond in coordinating my warrantied battery replacement on my 2016 Nissan Leaf. We had to wait many months to get it from the manufacturer, but when it finally came in the whole team celebrated with me! My range went from 50 to 175 miles! Olympia Nissan staff are lovely people and a pleasure to work with.

Austin did a wonderful job of keeping me informed on the status of the repair on my Nissan Frontier. It was a complicated fix. The technicians stayed on task to repair the problem.

We had our daughter’s Sentra taken to Oly Nissan when the Chevrolet dealer she bought it used from couldn't replace her transmission. The Chevy dealer had her car for a week and a half just to diagnose the problem. It was a nightmare. Then came Olympia Nissan. Since they had all the parts in shop, they literally had her car, transmission replaced, back to her in one day. One day! They kept us informed, were so nice, and most importantly, very efficient at getting cars in and fixing them! I have taken my Altima to them for oil changes for 6 years and they continue to impress me.

Don't let anyone tell you taking your car to a dealer is more expensive I found that not to be true.

Rosie, our concierge, was very polite pleasant, and very knowledgeable of the service I was scheduled for. Rosie also gave me an in dpepth brief of the loaner vehicle I was receiving for the duration of the service and even retrieved it for me and parked it right in front the doors!

I was very pleased with my Nissan Rogue purchase! I was greeted by Chris Woodruff with a nice warm welcoming. He answered all the questions, concerns, and topics I had. It wasn't until Chris and I took the Nissan Rogue on a test drive that I really knew this was the car for me. He made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable. I was looking for all the safety features a car can provide. He related to me and was honest about all the details of the car. He was a very nice man, I'm thankful he was the one to greet me at the door and really sell me the Rogue. (Awesome car btw).

I also wanted to give a big thank you to Chet. He guided me through the financial process and went over everything clearly and easily in detail. Chet has a brilliant way of going over everything so you can understand while being quick and efficient.

Excellent service! I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the service of my vehicle. Service Advisors are knowledgeable and helpful and I have always been treated well. A special shout out to Bruce Stewart.

Bruce was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process of my vehicle being worked on. My vehicle was actually done before they anticipated it being done which was good news for me. I appreciate the effort put in by the service department to get my issue resolved quickly and send me on my way.

Walked in, they answered my questions and checked the battery and topped off the fluids, and gave it a once over just because. Bruce was outstanding at making sure we understood the new technology and we were out of there very quickly.

Service was great. I’ve worked with Austin and Bruce, always with great results. I had a back up camera that stopped working, and they were able to get it covered under the warranty.
