I love My Plumber!!!! It was a small job and the repairman came out here within an hour of my call. He had to get parts but finished within the hour after arrival. I'd gladly pay double for the work done. It'd been 2 months of my monkeying around trying to fix it myself!! Thank you from a repeat customer I would recommend you every time!

We had a sewage blockage and I called everywhere from GP to Medford and no one could come out the same day. After speaking with the gentleman on the phone I told him I would call him back if I couldn't find anyone tonight. I called back and He had the BEST voicemail message set for his voicemail box and called me right back! They came today (the next morning) all before I went to work. The tech's also had the BEST customer service. This is my 1st experience EVER having to use a plumber and I tell you what... I will be calling My Plumber for all of my plumbing needs and I will also be recommending them to anyone who is in need. If I could give them 20 stars I most def would.

Great service and very quick. I had a new water heater installed and they were very professional. Of all the plumbers I called these guys called me back first (some never did) and apologized for not calling sooner! I felt like they were trying to fix my issue and earn my business.

My plumber bidded a job and explained costs very well. We had a bid from another company in town much higher. My plumber also had all the cool tools and got the job done super well! Very good customer service, great work and fair price

My plumber diagnosed our water flow issue over the phone and showed up the next morning to address the problem. Well done and right the first time. Will use them in the future.

Quick and honest!

My fault, I didn't read there ad correctly, so no harm no fowl , I will just have to buck it up.

The gentleman was very nice and dressed clean. He told me he would fix me sink for $150, he then said he thought the problem was on the elbow joint and it would cost $230. I said, “You told me you could fix it for $150.” He said, “That was to flush it out.”

I explained to him I had already had done that and knew it was more than that, and I wasn’t going to pay more. I was upset and felt jipped. He knocked it down to $115 since he didn’t fix it. I feel he should reimburse me. $115 for 20 minutes of nothing! Very unhappy.

Called on a Sunday (yesterday) around 4pm for an emergency at my disabled fathers house. Spoke to Rob. Started off really helpful. Because of the location there was some difficulty getting the water shut off to the house but we got it. Was told he would have someone there that night. That didn't happen. After spending time going back in forth, I was told 730am today would be the earliest. I told him ok, my dad doesn't have water at all so please let's do Monday (today) 1st thing and I was truly appreciative of that. My phone was off until 8am. He never showed up. Called him, Rob said, "You didn't answer so we took other jobs". I said, "We both agreed today at 730am. Can you send someone asap?" He said yes. No one showed. Called at 1030am. He wouldn't answer my call. Had to call from another number. Then he just argued with me and hung up the phone. Using another local guy now. Never again.

I want to start off by saying that they did a great job. However, they then proceeded to charge $800 for 45 minutes of work and some copper tubing. They didn't give us any sort of a bid or idea of costs beforehand, deciding that virtual highway robbery was the better choice. Don't hire these people unless you have money coming out of your ears.

Used My Plumber to clean out a sewage line at a rental where the renter had flushed tampons down the toilet (after promising she wouldn't). They spent twenty minutes there putting a cable down the line through a clean out port halfway down the driveway (25 foot run), and noted that there was a second clean out at the top of the driveway, but did not run the cable down that clean out port.
I paid them $385 for this service only to discover a half an hour later that the blockage was not cleaned out.
I immediately called to let them know that there was still a problem.
They did return (begrudgingly), and quickly ran their cable down, and left. No video this time to make sure the line was clear.
Now, after three months of use it is blocked again - renter swears that nothing bad has been flushed - I have no way of being sure, but I do know that My Plumber charged me over a hundred dollars more than the plumber that cleared the line this time. That's a huge difference, and this time there was a video from the top of the driveway. Very, very expensive - even for a plumber!
