I first came to firefly because of some emergency work I needed done on a cracked tooth and have been coming back since. As someone who was very anxious to go back to the dentist, I couldn't have asked for a better team/staff. I really look forward to going in everytime and seeing and talking to everyone. It is a very welcoming environment with very kind and patient employees!

My husband (who hates the dentist) and I love coming to the dentist here. They are so patient and kind. They are just best at what they do and are always on the cutting edge of technology. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Firefly Family Dentistry since their office opened in Wauwatosa...and with the previous provider at that location prior to that. I always have a quality and caring experience with everyone at Firefly Family Dentistry. The care provided is always professional and top notch. Everyone inside that organization is courteous, caring, and professional.

I've been with Firefly Family Dentistry for a year now and I consider it a mini miracle. After a few tough experiences, I fell into the terrible habit of avoiding going to the dentist. This of course meant that when I would work up the courage to make an appointment, it was both embarrassing and uncomfortable. All of that has changed since Emma has started taking care of my teeth. I've reclaimed my commitment to taking care of my dental hygiene and I am so very grateful to Firefly Family Dentistry to helping me return to dental health. Thank you!

During a prior cleaning I was advised that my front tooth was infected and needed to come out before it caused me any pain. The next day I came in to discuss the different options for the removal of my tooth and the best bang for my buck. I was previously sent all the options and videos of each of the options. I was expecting a quick this is right for you and your budget and send me on my way. However, that was not the case. I was invited upstairs to talk one on one with Kelly the Treatment and Insurance Coordinator about my possible procedure options and each pros and cons. She addressed any concern or questions I had. She left to go downstairs to conmfirm her advice with the Doctors several times before fully explaining that option to me.
I am truly thankful for the staff at Firefly who are so incredibly personable who know me by name and are always professional. However, this particular situation inviting me up to discuss my options and put me at ease dealing with losing my front tooth was above and beyond what a company needs to do.
So incredibly impressed with Kelly's professionalism and continually grateful for Firefly being such an incredibly friendly company.

As someone who has worked in the dental profession for over 25 years, I can vouch for the the outstanding care you will receive at Firefly Family Dentistry. My wife and I have been patients for the last 7 years and I can truly say that Dr. Matt and his team do a great job making you feel like you are their priority! Also Lisa and Emma are great too;)

Very efficient and pleasant front office. Doctors are nice and attentive. My 16yo was watching her favorite TV show while having her teeth cleaned 😉

Firefly is always so kind and professional. It’s such a smooth experience every time I come. They are very helpful when it comes to navigating any insurance, it’s great being able to watch anything during a cleaning and of course the actual cleaning is great too!

I have anxiety about the dentist and have avoided it for longer than one should for my regular cleaning. Firefly dentistry was so kind and patient with me and my anxiety and I booked my next 6 month checkup right away because of this. From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist all around just kind and patient. Thank you!

Love this place. The staff is incredible and patient care is top notch. They use technology to make care more efficient and effective. All the staff seems to know your name and treat you as it’s your first time at a dentist and makes sure to know you are comfortable. Highly recommended!

We finally found a true craftsman.
This is a state-of-the art facility with a caring, friendly staff. At 68 I can honestly recommend this dentistry.

TVs in the chair! 💥 Firefly goes the extra mile to make my experience as enjoyable (as a trip to the dentist can be)! 😬 I also really appreciate their transparency on cost of services BEFORE having work done! 💰 🦷

My cleanings are always a very positive experience. Dr. Sandberg is always so kind and thorough. He has repaired many old fillings from years back that have reached the end of their lifespan and is always kind to explain options, plan, and aftercare.

I started going to Firefly after some poor experiences with other dentists in the past that left me with some significant fears. I’m not exaggerating when I say that every single staff member I’ve interacted with here has been nothing short of incredible. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Firefly is slowly turning what used to be an absolutely terrifying experience into one where I feel completely safe and respected. 1000% would recommend.

I would definitely recommend Firefly Family Dentistry. They have always done a wonderful job whether it was routine care or an emergency situation. I especially like the fact that they are willing to innovate in any and all areas to give the best care. Finally, the entire staff is simply great.

I initially came here for an emergency procedure. But now I come here for all of my procedures and cleanings. The staff is some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They always remember me. They’re friendly, and lovely! Not to mention I get to watch tv and movies during my visits. Best dentist I’ve ever been to! I live in Milwaukee but choose this tosa location because it is just the greatest. 10/10
