Jesse at the West Allis Wisconsin store so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a printer and he helped me decide as well as suggested the best one for the price. He truly listened to me and cared about me as a customer. I won’t shop for office supplies and printing needs any place else!

Recently I needed to have copies of documents saved on a memory stick and in addition I needed several copies made. The store individual who helped me took good care of me and satisfied all of my needs. This store has a very professional staff to work with you to meet your needs.

Best service from talented employees! We had some prints done at a different Office Depot and when we unwrapped the prints noticed they had some issues. We went to the West Allis location where we met Zachery and Drew in the Print Center. Hands down the best service I’ve experienced! They both immediately helped us and catered to every detailed we asked for ensuring our input along the way. If I could give an extra star I would!

When I walked in the store, I was greeted immediately by a very friendly agent, who is very helpful. He was nice, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and answered every question I had. And then he proceeded to check me out. It was a very nice experience.

The staff here was awesome helping me fax papers to a place downtown. I live right off 84th & Cleveland so it is close and very convenient. The fax was a little over $5 for 3 pages, but 2 pages was $1.70 so I am not sure how that works. A confirmation page prints out for piece of mind it was recieved. I even found a great chair on sale that I must buy because it is made so well for the right posture while working at my computer desk!

I must say my visit to Offe MAX for the first time was delightful. Narina had a pleasant greeting waitng for me when I walked in and was especially helpful assisting me at check out. I could understand why because she was trained by the best ZACH. I have been in Customer Service for over 20 years and now I am disabled. I had to scan an email a lengthy document for a project. They were significantly more reasonable pricewise compared to competitors in area. The person at the counter was super helpful and made it simple, easy, quick and friendly. Very thankful I stopped by. I'm sure I'll stop in again soon.
