Club Paris

We had tried to go to Club Paris on two previous trips to Alaska, but they were not open at the times we could go. So this trip, we decided to give it a try. We thought it might be too fancy for us. We didn't make a reservation, so we were at the door when they opened at 4pm. They were booked with reservations, but we were able to sit at the bar and we had a wonderful experience. The bar tender, Chelsea, provided great service. We were trying to eat a little lighter, so we shared a couple of their appetizers. We got the Cajun Mushrooms and the Sirloin Steak & Seafood Combo, and that was more than we could eat for dinner! Everything was delicious, the ambiance was amazing, and our dinner at Club Paris might have been our favorite dining experience from our two week trip to Alaska this summer!

Their wine list is amazing and honestly very low markup over retail.

Steak: cooked perfectly.

Lobster tail: best I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Crab legs: cooked perfectly. Butter perfectly clarified and not too salty.

This is a no-nonsense place for excellent food. Don’t miss it- places like this are becoming very rare…

Great place to eat. Recommend you make reservations, at least a day in advance. The bar is open seating, first come, first served but still has a bit of a wait.

I ordered prime rib, side salad and baked potato without looking at a menu. Spot on, great steak loved the butter cream cheese chives and the horse radish was strong, I m8xed in Aujus juice. 😋 perfect dinner. Will go back.

Excellent beer, wine, and spirits menu. I had the 22oz bottle of local "Red" IPA, so good! For dinner I tried the filet mignon and lobster combo. The lobster tail was HUGE and very tasty.

My wife shared my plate along with some French onion soup.

The server was amazing and incredibly welcoming. The host was new and seemed a little short with us for not having a reservation; she also seemed a little sad like a horrible life event happened recently. I hope everything is okay with her.

Great experience overall, we'll definitely be back next time we visit Anchorage.

Best steak house in Anchorage. I’ve visited Club Paris for 10 times or so. I’m a steak-lover and I’ve tried many good steaks around the world. Yet their steaks continue to stay at my top 3. Recommend their Filet mignon, New York steak and Prime rib.

The halibut at Club Paris was absolutely incredible — it was soft, flaky, and tasty. My group sat at the bar, and the bartender was very kind. I definitely recommend this place highly!

I had the prime rib and my favorite scotch. It was amazing, the bartender was awesome, and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Anchorage!

We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious and we were served promptly. We happened to be celebrating my son’s birthday but we didn’t tell our server. She must have noticed us toasting him and at the end of our meal she brought a complimentary ice cream sundae to our table. We were pleasantly surprised.

Our Valentines dinner date this year was at Club Paris. We made a reservation a few days in advance and got a table the moment we arrived. The servers were all fantastic. I had the filet mignon, and the Mrs. had the scallops. Our dinner came with some hot soft bread.

This steak is no joke. It was amazing. Super tender and delicious. I’m not a big steak guy, but figured I should try their best thing on the menu and I’m glad I did. The scallops were more of a 7/10 to be honest. Not our favorite but it was still good. 10/10 on the steak though. Thanks Club Paris!

My Special of the Day, a 16 oz Ribeye, stuffed with crabmeat and covered in Bearnaise sauce, was quite tasty and cooked to my requested temperature. The accompanying baked potato was perfectly cooked, with no hard, crusty, dry spots - I ate it all. Wine by the glass isn't overpriced - yay!
I was seated in an alcove, almost hidden away from the rest of the dining room, which I enjoyed.
My server was very nice and attentive.

Great place to eat. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was top notch. The shrimp cocktail was great. The prime rib was cooked perfectly to med rare. The NY cheesecake with strawberry topping and a dab of whipped cream is the perfect ending to a great evening meal. Shout out to our server wonderful job and very patient. Thank you Bernadette.

This was the best meal I had in Anchorage! The steaks were cooked perfectly, tasted excellent and were delicious! One note, the rub (or dust or seasoning) is a little peppery, so if you aren't a huge fan of pepper you might want to ask for light seasoning. The cost was good too, we paid $40 for a petite filet (8 oz) and $50 for the full size one (14 oz)

Eat here every trip to Anchorage. The prime rib is always on point with great au jus and horseradish sauce. Their signature fillet stuffed with blue cheese never disappoints either. And the house cheese sauce on the baked potatoes? Yes, please!

Classic steak joint. Price for what you get in Anchorage is beyond most. The value here is just great. Don’t let the outside scare you it’s a fantastic joint. Make sure to make a reservation and no need to dress up, Alaska casual is just fine. We paid $45 for the special which was a New York strip 16oz stuffed with king crab. Came with soup and a side. Just can’t beat that. Service was prompt and friendly, qualify of food was fabulous.

Steak with a perfect peppery crust. Cooked precisely medium rare.

If you enjoy good steak, make a reservation and come here. You won't regret it.

Definitely a delicious, high end restaurant in Anchorage. Lighting was perfect atmosphere for a night of crab, steak cooked to perfectionand stuffed with bleu cheese, baked potatoes, and creme Brule, oh my! Service was top notch, thank you Chelsea!
