I brought in my nephew 19years old and daughter 21years old, I felt like home there they had not pressure or treated us to rush into buying unless we understand what we are buying and how the process works. My nephew was very uncomfortable with buying because he didn’t know how it worked but he needed a vehicle desperately for work but everyone at Good Guys were very helpful and patient with making sure that they were getting into something that they were comfortable with. I am definitely going to recommend this company to anyone…..

Professional and efficient. Those two words describe this dealership. Eric took time out of his day Sunday to come in and help me start paperwork for a car. He was flexible with my work schedule and showed me that they put customer satisfaction first. Overall, respectful and down to earth staff that know how to get you in a new car smoothly!

I’m a first time car buyer so I didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away by the customer service! Eric really helped me out from finding the right financing to even driving me home because I didn’t have a car. Really treated me like family, I recommend this place to everyone! I am SO thankful. I have less than perfect credit and filled out an application not thinking it would actually go anywhere. Eric was confident he could get me into something even though I had told him I had tried with multiple dealers that week alone and had given up. I was in shock when he told me he found me an approval for a car that actually fit my needs and could fit into my budget. They are genuine and amazing at what they do. I love the Rav4 I bought from these guys! It was a great deal, and they even went the extra length to get rid of the chemical cleaner smell in it. Eric was super helpful and accommodating - and really nice, too! Hopefully I won't want another car for a long time, but if I do, I'd go here first.

My husband and I have had the best experience at Good Guys Auto. Eric and Kim were outstanding. No pressure sales, super friendly and accommodating. We were offered coffee or soda while we waited. An actually descent dealership.
Eric was really nice to work with, no gimmicks.
They have about the lowest "out the door fees" that I found from talking to +8 or so dealerships.
They take their cars to Anchorage Auto Sales (who also has great reviews) and I got the cars report for free.
They register your car and mail you the license plate, so no DMV.
Above all their prices were WAY better than the other Dealers, at least on our car. Great experience 😎

Not once, not twice but this is the 3rd time we’ve purchased a car from GoodGuys! These aren’t just Good Guys…they’re straight up amazing and honest! This was the easiest, quickest and thorough deal I’ve ever gotten and I can say I’m impressed and happy with my decision! I bought a 2007 STI from Good Guys let me tell ya, they really are good guys. They are very transparent and after owning my car for over a week now and performing maintenance on it, I haven’t noticed anything wrong with the vehicle that they didn’t warn me about ahead of time. They’ll let you know that they are a dealer and want to make money, but they’ll tell you the truth about your vehicle and do their best to help you. I had a pleasant experience, and not just because I got out of there with an STI.

This review is long overdue. Everyone knows life is hectic as it is. Family, work, bills, hobbies. Last thing anyone wants to do is shop for a vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and all the people at Good Guys Auto. Inviting, from the second I walked on the lot on a Sunday @ 4pm, polite, personable, knowledgeable and helpful are just a few ways to describe my car shopping experience.
