The friend rice was quite the experience! I got mine with extra protein, chicken and their sausage. It was sooo delicious.
I doubt it was gluten free, but I would say that it was worth it!
Server was amazing and on point!
Remember, even if it is busy, just be patient and kind and you will enjoy your meal!

My dinner at Hula Hands was an excellent experience. The staff were welcoming, the music was relaxing, the service was fast, and the food was delicious.

I ordered the regular combo plate that came with rice, macaroni salad, and a choice of 2 proteins. I got double chicken and it was phenomenally juicy and flavorful. The portion sizes are generous and beyond fairly priced. I will be coming back here for sure!

Love this place!!! Definitely worth it. We get 4 plates for our family of 5 and always have enough for another meal. The meat is really tender and full of flavor.

The Teriyaki Beef Fried rice was a religious experience. The chef was a deity and the server was psychic. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. It was stupid busy when I stopped by and the service and food was still too tier.

This place is delicious!! I lived Hawaii and the food here is legit!! The portions are large and the service is lightning fast. If it’s your fist time, you can get a complimentary sample plate. I highly recommend Hula Hands and I’m going to become a regular here.

Stopped here for lunch on a Saturday and basically had the place to ourselves. The staff provided a welcome, casual atmosphere. The loco moco was exactly what I needed after only having a banana for breakfast.

The quality and quantity of the food is 10/10. There was no chance I’d eat that full plate and I can usually eat a LOT. Highly recommend. Friendly service, good food, in a simple no-thrills atmosphere. Perfect.

Up here for a business trip and was craving a taste of home. Ironically this place was less than two miles from where I was working. The food here is so ONOlicious that I came here for lunch two days in a row. The katsu is super juicy and crispy and the kalua pig is on point. And their ahi poke appetizer is solid. If you are ever in Anchorage and craving a taste of Hawaii, definitely check out Hula Hands.

Cool Hawaiian spot. Service was good. Food was great and nice portions. I’d recommend anyone who is in the area to try this local jointe.

First time eating here, and to say the least, it completely changed my life. Had no idea how fantastic and flavorful the food here was. I'm sad I've missed out for so long and am just not finding out about this place. This is 100% a new regular spot for me. The food could not possibly have been better tasting or better quality, and the staff were wonderful, and service was fantastic. Felt like family even though it was my first time. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The customer service here is amazing. Nothing but smiling faces, attentive servers, and good vibes! Food Is amazing and you get more than you pay for! Portions are huge!! My family and I are very happy to eat here everytime we do :)

Wasn't a big fan of the texture of the chicken, but that's me, although it was pretty tasty. The teriyaki beef was perfect, the lil sauce they give was perfect dipping. Server was super nice and helpful. I will most likely eat here again.

I don’t even know where to begin. Probably the best decision we’ve made on our trip to Alaska. To start, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. There’s so many options and it seems like it’s impossible to go wrong. We started out with poke and both got regular combos. The chicken, beef, and pork were all fantastic and the macaroni salad was great too. I would recommend anyone to come here and check it out.

I can never get enough of the Lapulu! (It's very earthy, so if you don't like the taste of very deep greenery, probably not for you) The servings are large & the staff is always friendly! There are so many different things to try!

Food was delicious and service was better. Definitely will go back next time we are in town. Glad we tried it.

The food is incredible, the music is great and the staff is amazing. The food portions are 10/10 and I recommend checking it out for great Polynesian food.

Guy fieri needs to hit this place up on an episode of DDD. Hula Hands is serving up authentic, solid meals that make me want to eat here every time I’m in town.

This place’s looks were deceiving and we were hesitant. But the food was absolutely incredible and the staff was so friendly they made us feel at home. The rice was my favorite white rice i’ve ever had. I don’t usually like macaroni salad but there’s was fantastic. And the grilled pulehu chicken was really good too. Cooked to perfection. Also got a lot of food for cheap, and that was just the mini size of an entree. Not to mention how the staff accommodated our very large party really well and was very nice to us. They gave the kids in our parties some gifts like a free drink and candy which was really nice. We asked about the shirts and they didn’t have any available but gave us a complimentary water bottle. They were just all around friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just might not wanna be caught hanging around this neighborhood for extended periods of time after dark.

This is a true gem! It’s a must eat In Anchorage! Owner/server is super sweet guy from Hawaii, so you bet, it’s authentic. We tried the sampler, dumplings and poke and it was more then enough for my family of 5. The sampler came with delicious sauces, rice and macaroni salad (first time I tried it). Huge portion!
But the real treat was the wrap. It is so creamy, nice flavor, I highly recommend.
