Beelicious Honey Shop

I bought some of this honey at a farmer's market. I used it as a sweetener in my morning shake and it was delicious! 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup milk, and a dollop of the honey (I dipped a wooden spoon in the honey then dripped it into the shake). You could also use plain yogurt instead of cottage cheese. Lots of protein and just the right amount of sweetness and flavor!

A great shop right on the cute little strip in Ludlow, KY. Definitely check it out for the locally produced honey and many other eclectic items from local artists and vendors!
