I came here without insurance for a cleaning and everyone was wonderful. I was able to pay out of pocket for a cleaning without having to do a costly consultation beforehand as a new patient. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. My dentist was the best I’ve ever had. She was gentle and communicative. She gave me helpful advice for someone who can’t afford regular dental care all the time. I trust her skills entirely! Plus, the exam chair has a massage function. How great is that? Dr. Allen is awesome. Fixed my tooth and took extra care because the cavity it was so deep. Honesty and excellence is what you will get. The staff was super nice too. Kristen their hygienist was excellent too. I would recommend these folks to everyone. They are first class.

I have always received great care here, and the staff and doctors are wonderful. I am especially grateful for how thoughtful they are with their patient’s. Margaret goes above and beyond with working with my insurance and financial issues, and I am very grateful to Dr. Parks. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental clinic.

Since moving back to Anchorage, I’ve had to switch dentist from the valley and called MANY dentist in town trying to find one I felt had quality service and customer service. The staff is very friendly and polite on the phone, informative of appointments based on your preferences, upfront with the costs and even running a new patient special which was a huge benefit to me since I am a self paying client. Their rates are reasonable thereafter as well, affordable for my family. My hygienist was new of 3 weeks and she did her job very well. I had a great experience and switching my husband to this dentist as well. Win win!

I’m a new patient - kind like any first visit, there’s always some anxious nerves. However, the ADC assistant, Hannah, quickly stepped in and was very professional and accommodating for my visit and her upbeat positive demeanor set the tone for a good visit. She even turned on Netflix 🤣. Dr. Allen and the front desk staff made the visit quick and literally painless.

My family has been with Alaska Dental Care since 2018 and never transferred since..All the staff are super nice and accommodating especially the dentists they're all superb.. My kids are always looking forward to have they're teeth checked and they loved their dentist and hygienist.. Dr. Allan was amazing and so patient with my questions and concerns. The dental hygienists were so sweet, kind, and considerate. The front desk and check out staff were warm and friendly. Everyone I meet in this office is amazing and make my dentist visits pleasant.

Dr.parks is amazing, I’m not good with dental maintenance and he’s always so understanding and good at keeping me up to date with my dental upkeep. I also had a bad dental experience with a dentist who did the 5 root canals that failed and he has helped with all the follow up care and extractions. Keeps my smile beautiful

I love the massage chairs, Izze drinks, and Netflix - going to the dentist is my relaxing “me” time here. 😂 And the dentists are phenomenal. They are also straightforward and upfront with you about if you have work you need done but if you can push it off and for how long, etc.

Dr. Allen and her assistant Hannah were awesome! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and the teamwork was impeccable.

Extra recognition for the rest of the staff, they were all so accommodating. The office itself was very clean and I appreciate the top of the line machine they used to scan my teeth. I’m very very impressed. This was by far the best dental visit I’ve ever had.

Absolutely amazing! The front desk team helped me out with financial issues and worked with me so I could still get my broken tooth fixed same day! I have been to several dentists on the east coast and Alaska Dental care wins the award for having the kindest, least intimidating, and most knowledgeable team! My teeth need a lot of work and unlike past dentists there was no shame and no judgement. The entire dental team and front desk team were efficient, lovely, and courteous. Please come to them for all your needs and wave goodbye to any past bad experiences.

I absolutely love coming to this dentist. I am someone who used to take meds to go to the dentist till I found Alaska Dental Care. They put me at such ease and are very gentle. The office is always clean , you are always greeted with a smile I highly recommend Alaska Dental Care.

Went in for a cleaning. As good as a dentist experience can be. Appointment started right in tame, no long wait in the lobby, Marina did a great job as my hygienist and the doctor was quick to arrive for the exam following the cleaning.

The front desk admin and Dr. Kelley Anne is amazing and took great care of me. She was gentle and took her time which I really appreciate. I will be seeing her soon. Oh & I love the playlist in the office!
