My husband and I stopped in the store to pick up my bracelet, which was being repaired. I was looking in the estate case while waiting and saw this incredible ring. I asked Vicki if I could see it and I just loved it. It needed a center stone and I thought my stone on the ring I was wearing would be perfect. Thankfully, my husband agreed we should purchase it. I've had my sterling silver ring custom made about 20 years ago bcuz I wear a size 3. It is a Prince (the artist) symbol. It is very fragile and finally broke. The Jewelry Center did an excellent job repairing it cleaning it up and straightening it out. Very happy. 😊

Went in for a watch repair and changing the batteries on another watch and they are fantastic. Such a joy to be greeted and taken cared for. Easily took care of my watch at a great price. Also had a chance to view what they had in house and it’s awesome. Wide selection and high quality for sure. Highly recommended.

I live 4 hours away looked all over where I live. I went to them with an idea of an engagement ring. They took the idea and made a custom ring that was perfect! For the wedding ring I went back to them with a different idea, and they made that ring perfectly also. My wife has a complete custom ring set and it was very affordable. It was custom and a better deal than the non custom sets I was looking at where I live. The customer service was excellent, the product was perfect. I will definitely make the 4 hour drive to get all my jewelry here.

The store was quite busy when I arrived, but Dean and the staff saw to it that I was taken care of quickly. I needed repairs to my wedding ring, they were made quickly and at a very reasonable price. Nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Really enjoyed my sales person. Very knowledgeable and polite. Which is very rare in this day and age. I never felt pressured. Offered me a seat while waiting for my credit check. You don't see service like this often.

I went to have batteries put in 6 watches. While I was there, I also found a beautiful pair of cross earrings that I also purchased. The staff there is very professional and attentive. While I was waiting for my receipt, two different staff members came to make sure I was being taken care of. This was my first time here, but definitely not my last!

She’s a very beautiful person who does a great job of engaging with customers to ensure that the customer service is top notch. The Jewelry Center staff was amazing and very prompt with questions and adjustments. Starting with only an idea of what my girlfriend would like we were able to create a custom set that fit her style and was unique, timeless and made with care.
The best part was being able to design the wedding band and engagement ring as a set then shop for the best quality diamonds to fill the design.
The day it arrived I was shocked, all the photos they sent me didn’t do it justice, you could feel and see the quality immediately, it was packed with care and included all the documentation to accompany it.
My now fiancé gets compliments all the time, it captures so much light and shines bright, I can’t wait to add the wedding band to it as well.

Additionally, her birthday just passed and they recommended a nice set of diamond earrings, they knocked it out of the park again!

The jewelry store to go to. Large selection of jewelry beautifully displayed in immaculate glass cases. And, more importantly, I was waited on immediately. I had a bracelet that needed a more secure clasp. I was shown what could be changed. Price to fix was reasonable. I’m wearing that bracelet all the time now and don’t have to worry about losing it. Highly recommended!

I've been using their mail in battery replacement since the pandemic started. My watches always come back clean even though I don't request cleaning AND set to my time zone rather than the shop's. THAT is world class customer experience. While it does cost a bit more per battery than walking into a local shop, I know I can trust my watches to be well cared for- I never worry about damage from employees unfamiliar with my brand, which has been a problem at some local shops. Would absolutely recommend them and their battery replacement services!

Mike was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The time he spent with me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. He worked within my budget to get me wonderful piece of jewelry for my valentine sweetheart.

Everyone there is fantastic to work with. Mike was exceptional. He went above and beyond helping us pick out a wedding ring, and reset a Swiss blue topaz pendant that my father gave me so that I could wear it for the wedding.
