Spring Valley YMCA

I love this place! They have a ton of space in the workout area, a great pool, a kids place, so many rooms for different work out classes, a gym, they even have an outside water slide and play area! They have a kid zone, where parents can drop kids off and work out for up to 2 hours, it's clean, the people that with there are nice! There's always a bunch of people there but there's a bunch of space so it's not a problem! They even have a track inside, and you can walk with a stroller, which is great, as I just had a baby, and you can't have baby's under 3 months in the kids zone!

Registered for free photos with Santa & several arts & crafts including cookie decorating, reindeer, snowmen, cards, pasta Xmas trees & cornhole to play.

The live band was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed them the most. All employees went above & beyond. Everyone incredibly helpful & nice. What a great free activity with the family 🥹💓

I haven't been here in a few years. I came back to renew membership for me & my kids. Laura was very helpful & able to answer all of my questions at the front desk! 5 stars across the board. Thanks for being so awesome!

Awesomeness in one place. This ymca has everything you need for body building and family fun, the pool is clean, sauna and hot tub, workers are friendly ( they try).
Child watch is the best! These girls are so caring and I feel so confident and comfortable with them.

The machines at the gym are clean and working, usually after 4 pm it gets busy but we get the work done.

Classes are fun ( my favorite are combat and spin) however they have a wide variety for your comfort level.

Definitely my home gym!

Visited from out of state and we walked the track while it rained like crazy outside. Very nice facility and staff was friendly. If I lived closer, I would join.

I can't say enough about this place. The child care is phenomenal, the staff in the infant room make me feel so comfortable leaving my baby there so I can get consistent, uninterrupted workouts in. My toddler absolutely loves the outdoor pool and we have a blast there as a family. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is incredibly clean. The spin classes are challenging and super fun. We just love this YMCA!

Is a wonderful place to have in this area. It gives people a place to go and exercise and swim in comfort. Wonderful place always clean and friendly. If you have not been here you should be.

Went for swim classes for my baby boy. He had a great time. The instructor was great as well. She took the time with him & the other youngster & was fabulous with them! Im so glad to be at my home YMCA!

The YMCA to be. I travel a lot and have used a couple Y's in the area and this one wins, in my opinion. Facilities are huge, has an indoor track, indoor water park, rock wall, basketball courts, exercise studios, hot tub, you name it. Plenty of machines so I've never been in a situation where I couldn't find one I wanted to use. Staff are super friendly and the Y seems to have a pretty solid local presence. Facilities are clean, locker rooms are big, a great bang for your buck.

Perfect place for families looking to get or stay more active. I love the walking/jogging track. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a playground for kids, and a kids care that will watch kids 3months plus.

Spring Valley YMCA is located in Royersford in beautiful Montgomery County PA. It is a large, well-rounded Sports Center, equipped with an indoor running track, two swimming pools, state of the art free weight gym, two humongous basketball double-courts and a yoga slash martial arts gym studio. It is well run, nicely kept, regularly cleaned, well sanitized and well staffed. I highly recommend this place as I always have great workouts here and I love the variety of sports it offers. See for yourself, you will love it.

I would highly recommend this YMCA especially over other local Y's. I use the child watch while I work out and I feel very comfortable leaving them. The staff is great. The classes are nice and the quipment is great as well. I do wish they offered more afternoon classes.

The Spring Valley YMCA in Royersford (PA) is open. It is given that they check your temperature before entering and you have to keep using mask inside except when on a machine. Sensible move as this is a medical issue and not a political issue.

Weightlifting equipment was well spaced out. For equipment that involved heavy breathing, such as treadmill and cycles, every other machine was shut down. Sensible move. Plenty of went sanitary wipes for the equipment, before and after each use. Great.

The place wasn't crowded and you can enjoy a refreshing workout.

This is a big and beautiful facility. Prior to COVID-19, the place was humming and busy as a beehive. I yearn for those pre-COVID days at the gym. Everything has changed but life must go on.

Thanks to the Spring Valley YMCA, I will sneak in now and then for a refreshing sweating out on those machines, COVID-19 or not.

Excellent work-out facilities. Very family oriented. Pools can get busy, so plan ahead if you want to swim laps.

Great for our family. Pool is awesome in and out. Plenty of activities available for all ages. Gym is really nice and clean.

Had a fantastic time with a toddler getting used to being in the water. It was a quiet and calming day with only very few other members in the indoor pool.
