I love target - I shop there alll the time and their drive up service is the best.
Staff is friendly and helpful!

Went shopping Saturday for my daughters back to school necessities. When arriving home we realized we had left an entire bag of stuff we got either in the cart or at the register . I called to speak with someone and was connected to Dee in customer service . She was so patient and willing to help ! She went through and checked the register lanes and carts to let me know it was not found however to come in and speak to guest services to have the items replaced. When returning on Sunday i was delighted to see that Dee was the one there helping with returns and exchanges . She took me and explained everything and assisted in fixing what had happened. She went above and beyond and really made our stress go away completely! She made the process smooth and quick! She is such an asset to Target and had the best customer experience I’ve experienced in the many times i visit !! Thank you Dee for all you did and you really are the best!!!!!!

I really love the convenience of placing an order online and picking it up at customer service. They always have everything I need and it saves me from going into the store which gives me anxiety, must be be all the years I worked in retail lol

Liz in the make up area was AWESOME!!! She took the time to stop what she was in the middle of to even look up a Cer a vue product my daughter needed. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!AAAA

Carts are big enough to fit, groceries, personal items, small appliances and a new toy for someone special.

This store is great but I came here to say that Bill (cashier) is my favorite. He’s always smiling, kind, and just genuinely makes my day. He’s an absolute gem!! I prefer to go to this Target because of him!

I was having trouble finding an item that the app said was in stock, yet I couldn't find it in the store, but a kind employee went into the backroom and got it for me! I am so grateful and appreciative of what he did for me! The cashier was also super friendly! Overall great service from those two employees!

Every time I go to target it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff are polite and and the atmosphere of the place is great. It’s a nice place to go when you’re bored. There’s so many things you could buy, even if you didn’t plan on buying anything when you went in you always will come out with something. Be that, home decor, health and beauty products, grocery items, or maybe a fun little toy if you have kids. The products are of very fair pricing and my favorite brands are Good & Gather, Goodfellow, and Favorite Day and of course we can’t forget Market Pantry. Bottom line is if you plan on brightening your day with a visit to Target I say you’re making the right choice.

Ordered a stand fan with remote control for pickup. Was able to use PayPal (safer than credit card over internet) and the transaction went flawlessly. Picked up the next day, took only minutes and was on my way.

Went in to target today to look for some new items and was very kindly help by your employee Patty. She was so kind and helpful please show her all the appreciation.

Love how up to date this Target is, but not fan of location.

I couldn’t find any of the bathing suit bottoms but one employee went above and out of her way to check the back and found the bottoms I was looking for! Thank you Aly so much! You made my day!!!

Store is clean, has great prices, and some of the friendliest staff that I've encountered. I had the most pleasant exchange with Millie in the Shoe dept. Even during this pandemic it is great to step into Target and feel the warmth and browse the aisles for everything my family needs and more .

I didn’t catch the names of those working the Drive-Up service, and couldn’t get through via phone- so I’m hoping their manager sees this. Those working this evening (5pm on Friday Jan 15th) were exceptional. There were numerous rediculous angry customers who didn’t receive their drive up order immediately and those employees were composed, polite and running back and forth trying so hard to please these rude customers! Thank you so much, I didn’t mind waiting 5 minutes at all, and am embarrassed for those that don’t appreciate the service Target has afforded us to keep our families safe and provide us with a wonderful convenience of not having to make the extra trip! Thanks Target, and give these employees a raise! :)

I must say, I know the holidays can be a hard time to work in retail. But I've been to target a lot this holiday season, and everyone is so great! So friendly at checkout, and they are great about price adjusting (for some reason target online sometimes has different prices than in the store). The managers and check out associates have been great!

I’ve had several wonderful interactions with the employees here. They’ve gone out of their way to make my life easier whether I’ve been shopping and trying to save money or lost an important personal item in my cart. I can’t speak for all locations but the Royersford store has people who truly care about treating the customers well. I can’t tell you how much being treated well matters to me. Thank you all so very much.

My boyfriend & I had the best experience today there. We wanted two of an item which was in the back & a lovely young lady named Tori helped us by getting the large & heavy items herself. After a nice young man, Andrew, rung us up and loaded the car for us! Great customer service!!

Thank you Mattie or Maddie my apologies I not sure the spelling however she went above and beyond helping me Tuesday with our Father’s Day presents. She definitely deserves a raise excellent customer service!
