Customer service was excellent as soon as we walked through the door. Ryan explained all the little details about each manufacturers bedding, and then listened to my wife and I's needs to find the perfect adjustable frame, headboard and mattress for us. He had great pricing and outstanding service throughout the purchase. The delivery staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and we just could not be any happier with our new bed.

Went to Sit and Sleep to see if they could help me find a mattress retainer bar for my lift bed. Ryan was so helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I am having surgery soon and needed these rails ASAP. I cannot say enough about his kindness and expert knowledge on fixing my problem. Highly recommend this store.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. He was not trying to get me to purchase the most expensive mattress just to make a sale. He wanted me to get what was comfortable to me. I appreciate the time he took with me because I have not purchased a mattress in years.

We have purchased two beds and about 5 mattresses from Ryan over the past 14 years. We are always happy with the service and quality of the items! During one move as things were being unpacked we realized that all the hardware to our daybed had been lost… way to go military movers… I called Ryan and he was able to track down a hardware kit for the daybed we bought from him in 2009!!!! What a lifesaver! That company didn’t even make the bed anymore! To this day we still have both beds and they have been through multiple military moves. I’m so glad we were given the advice to purchase solid wood. I recommend this store to anyone looking for honesty, great customer service and products that will last.

Went in expecting to be the first of many mattress shops I would visit, but the excellent service fine products, great prices (I don't like memory foam things) and same day delivery won me over!

I’ve recently completed my 3rd purchase with Sit & Sleep over a 7+ year period. I was surprised to see they didn’t have a perfect 5 star rating, as my experience has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive. As I thought, the negative marks are filled with some convoluted story lacking punctuation that doesn’t seem to make sense and completely goes against the other 99.9% of positive reviews. In my case, I rarely will ever leave a review, but my first experience with Sit & Sleep was so extraordinarily positive, that it deserves recognition.

I first met the general manager Ryan over 7 years ago when I was moving to the Savannah area. Mistakingly, I had originally purchased 4 sets of mattresses from Sit & Sleep’s competitor in the area, a nationwide mattress chain that has multiple locations locally. I told the other mattress firm that I had 3 months, but had sold my house furnished and was moving with kids and my elderly father-in-law across country, so delivery was critical. Over the next 2.5 months, the other firm not only didn’t deliver, but they ignored and lied to me. I was only able to get my money back after opening a dispute with my bank, even though my refund allegedly “was sent” 3 separate times. I only realized after my purchase (silly me, should’ve checked before but figured nationwide chain) and seeing the other mattress firm’s reviews and BBB complaints, that I was not alone in my nightmare of an experience.

At my wits end and with no online mattress or bed in box company able to help me, I swung by one of Sit & Sleep’s multiple locations on a whim. I met Ryan at the Montgomery store, and not only was he a knowledgeable professional, he assured me they don’t break commitments. I gave him some background and told him I would take whatever mattress was available, he (smartly) stopped me and made me try the beds to see what I found most comfortable. To my amazement, they had almost everything I liked in stock (in Savannah too, not at a hub halfway across the state), but deliveries were jam packed. Knowing my situation, Ryan then offered to come in on his day off, and him and another employee would make a delivery directly to me. Delivery day came, everything was as promised, and to my shock, Ryan had called in some favors and the out of stock mattress was even on the truck.

Sit & Sleep had all the same products other stores had, they were noticeably cheaper, and the level of service was unmatched. Ryan and Sit & Sleep earned a customer for life and I can’t recommend them enough.

I was in town moving my daughter into her house rental and needed a box spring. I was met by the salesman Ryan Arceneaux . He assisted me by also giving me his own ratchet tie down to allow me to transport the box spring. What a great guy and true asset to the store.

This place is awesome. Their prices and service are great. Do yourself a favor and go here if you’re in the market for ANYTHING bed/mattress etc. you won’t regret it!

The team at sit and sleep is top notch, I ordered a king mattress from the pooler store and elected to pick it up myself, they helped me load it and tie it down in my pick up. 3 months later when I did a warranty claim the sit and sleep team delivered my warranted mattress and took away the old one free of charge. Great business!

We went in without having much of a clue about what we wanted because didn't know a lot about mattresses. Ryan was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We tried several different mattresses, some of them more than once! Ryan never tried to up-sell us at all. He really does know his stuff. We ended up getting an adjustable base that is fantastic and a matress that is very comfortable. Ryan went above and beyond in my opinion. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. If anyone reading this is looking for a great bed at a great deal, go to this place, you won't regret it, I promise!

We decided to go matress shopping today. Sit & Sleep was our second stop. We found a great matress for a great price! Ms. Sharon was so sweet and helpful. It was great to shop at a place where you are made to feel appreciated and not tolerated.

My boyfriend and i needed a new mattress and had no idea what we wanted. After visiting sit and sleep, Ryan had helped us pick out the best mattress we'd ever laid on. I left the store feeling very satisfied and confident my money was well spent. Definitely would recommend them/him to everyone in need of a GREAT sleep!

Best bed store I have bought from. Ryan is a true professional & knows his stuff. I suffer from RA & have bought 5 beds in the last 4 years. Ryan was patient, took the time to hear my issues, educated me in the best solution, and sold me the best mattress for my condition... Plus I got a great deal. He never attempted to up sell me, and was truly interested in just finding the best solution. I thank the mattress gods for Ryan every morning after a good nights sleep.

Great Selection of mattresses. Ryan helped us pick out the best mattress for our guest bedroom that fits the comfort, style and budget. Delivery was prompt and entire experience was very pleasant.... just like our mattress. We will definitely go there again to get our master bedroom mattress when we need to change it.
