During the sale process or after the paperwork had been completed, there was a little misunderstanding between us both, but it was all resolved. I would like to briefly do my A+++ review by saying that the company has decided to buy out the mortgage note at a fair price. As of today, 4/14/22, the transaction has gone through smoothly, except for me to wait for the sale proceeds to post to my account, which should happen within 12-48 hours.
