Holiday Inn Express Jonestown - Ft. Indiantown Gap, an IHG Hotel

Rooms were great. I don't like to be bothered any more than necessary when I'm traveling. People, especially strangers, draw so much of my energy. The staff were friendly and I didn't feel like someone was hovering over me or listening to what I was doing in my room, which has happened more than once to be at another big name hotel. Safe place to rest and relax.

An unexpected extended stay was made better by the amazing service at this Holiday Inn, particularly the personalized care of the hotel manager, Bobby.

On a family road trip to Florida, our car had a catastrophic engine failure in Jonestown. Stranded without knowing the fate of our car (and vacation), we were lucky enough that there were rooms available at the holiday inn express. Knowing how stressful the situation was already, the staff at this hotel were so supportive, providing us with an amazing room with enough space for the kids to play (even gave a bunch of blankets and pillows to make forts!). Big thanks to the staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Two days later we were able to continue on our way (along with those amazing cinnamon rolls)!!!

Very clean with great accomodations. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast setup. Perfect place to stay and rest awhile. My husband and I recommend highly.

I spent the night here and just have to say it was one of my best experiences ever! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I do a lot of traveling and Vindo was kind, proficient, and so helpful!! I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. :)

I have stayed at many holiday inn express hotels. I can say that I have never had a staff be more accommodating and helpful than I have this one. Rooms were clean, water pressure was pretty good, with all dove products in the shower and sink area. I highly recommend. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I am so thankful this place was available! The room is spotless, the guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful and the gas station is right across the way. I definitely recommend if you are in this area and need a comfy place.

We went to this area of Pennsylvania for a solemn occasion. We were lucky to end up at the Holiday inn Eaxpress. This place is fully wheelchair accessible inside and out. From a bed that is raised for a hoyer type lift to clear signage and bathrooms. We all enjoyed the free breakfast which included omelets, fruit, pancakes and other delicious breakfast items. You can see their access from the pictures. Make sure to check out the pictures of my dog Delbert. He is a sweetheart.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. They take pets. By the highway. Enjoyed my stop for the night.

I stopped here on short notice. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and eager to upgrade me as a club member. The suite was great, with a bed fit for a queen. Breakfast was good and the dining area was comfortable. Various seating options and built-in chargers available.

Wonderful stay in a clean room and friendly service. We even forgot something in our room and realized it 2 hours into our trip so going back wasn't an option but they helped us make arrangements to have the item shipped back to us. Very grateful for them! I should also mention the breakfast is the best in the industry compared to other hotels

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Hot breakfast each morning, actually set up and open at the times they advertise 👍 In a convenient area with food options around. The North Side Deli is across the street if you like a warm cup of soup and panini. Have stayed here twice on business and would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night 11/10/23 .. Called last Minute.. The Gentleman that took my call at 11pm Was Extremely helpful.. To my Surprise the Room was super clean the hotel as well.. At check in they told not to miss breakfast because it was good .. They did not lie.. Hot and delicious clean very well organized and stocked.. Thank You To the Entire Staff ..

Greatly impressed by this hotel. From the quality of service to the room confort and decoration everything was perfect! Not to mention the very good quality of the free breakfast.

Love staying here. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient quick foods, gas and convenience stores right there. Love it.

Had to stay overnight while traveling south. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was more than adequate and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Right off the highway and easy access. The room was clean. The breakfast was great, they had bacon, eggs, French toast, cereal, and a few other things. They didn't have much for convenience items but there is a gas station across the road with a Subway. Overall great but with the location so close to the highway there is some noise.

I've stayed there three times now, so I guess I like it! Very clean and modernized, and the staff is very nice. Great location right off the highway.

The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. She was pleasant she came out and showed us where we could park our truck and small trailer. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Morning staff was friendly and pleasant wished us safe travels
