Shop here occasionally to pick up gift items for a friend's dog. The store personnel are always so accommodating with assisting me with my selection of dog treats and regular food that I should choose by way of referencing previous purchases that were made by the dog's caregiver. They have a great selection of items and help is always offered to assist you with finding the particular item that you want. A pleasant shopping experience.

Not only is this store clean, well organized and believe it or not their prices are even comparable/cheaper than the supermarket and much better selection too! U would think where as the store is a Petco store or affiliated, the prices would be more but i get all my cats needs and then some taken care of there and on a huge budget too! But most of all, the staff is phenomenal, friendly, knowledgable and was way beyond my expectations...esp the nice young girl who I believe is the cashier (forgive me, I cannot remember names well). And I am in and out no waiting...timing very reasonable. I go out of my way to make the special trip for my pets needs to shop here, even if I even did just leave a supermarket lol bc it's well worth it all around. Thanks Petco unleashed!!!

Ashley was so wonderful today! I couldn't figure out what kind of dog food to buy for my new puppy. she encouraged me to discuss what the current owner was feeding her. After speaking to the owner I told Ashley what they were feeding her. Come to find out the food is filled with fillers and actually for a large breed dog. she suggested buying another brand, a little more expensive but has so much more health benfits. She even told me how to mix the old with new, slowly adding more so she doesn't get sick! Ashley, if you see this thank you so much! I'll never go to another pet store again!!! I wish customer service was like this every where I go!

I absolutely love this place. Very good people who work there and have been so helpful to me. Showing me something that I have gotten in the past for my tea cup yorkie Lu Hoo. Showing me a sale of the kind of food with out having to ask for help.

Interacted with three of the people there when I was in and all three of them were super friendly and helpful, seemed genuinely interested in helping me and my pup get what we needed. Store was very clean, and got a free cookie!

My go to spot in town for all pet needs. Not quite as big of a selection as a regular petco but much easier to get in and out of. The staff is very friendly and helpful too!

Better than most grocery stores for Humans. Spick, Span & very well organized. Variety and quality standards on high quality food items. The manager escorted me to every aisle so I could choose the Salmon Based Dog Food Product for a 70# male Weimereiner. This No. Beverly, MA Dog Supermart has a Dog Training Class Program, as well.
