Came here on a Sunday as an emergency and I must say the Dr. Feldt and his assistant. Wow amazing service and attention. Will definitely be coming back here. They explained everything and super knowledgeable.

Dr. Meecham has been so responsive and caring with my hard-to-handle dog who has fear issues at the vet. She has been compassionate and flexible, working with me to plan his visits to cause minimal stress. The entire team at VCA Pines West all know what each other is doing, making communication very efficient. You only have to explain the issue once, I can text or email them, and get a quick response. Today I sent a pic of a recurring issue my dog was having and was able to pick up meds within the hour. Very happy with the service. I've been a patient for about 25 years first with Dr. Berg and now with Dr. Meecham. I've had many dogs and used many vets over the years and am grateful to have Dr. Meecham at Pines West as my vet.

Amazing Vets! We just adopted a dog and he has some medical stuff that needed to get finished. They took great care of him and even went above and beyond to make sure he was super healthy

My Bully Pit has had a bad rash for months now, and it got worse. After learning of the food allergies of the breed, that helped cure it slightly, but no vet was able to help any further. I decided to go to this VCA and the medication they suggested cured my pit within a couple of weeks! He even stopped scratching himself after a few weeks. His skin is gorgeous again! This place is great!

Dr. Meacham is the greatest to ever do it! Always so helpful and caring! I’ll drive the hour there and back just for her because I know my babies are in good hands and they know it too! Her compassion is just ONE reason that makes her incredible

Wonderful service being our first visit! Appreciated the "Welcome Bella" sign in our exam room. Even gave markers and color page for my daughter while I filled out paperwork. Our dog was well taken care of.

VCA Pines West was our established practice for our beloved dog for several years. I cannot say enough of their high standard of care. Our dog also received grooming services from Sergio there and he was so caring to her needs-as a fearful rescue dog he earned her trust and grooming sessions were no longer traumatic. Dr. Berg and Dr. Meacham provided excellent care all through the end. The vet techs and admin staff were always responsive( it's great to see people who enjoy their job. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful furbaby yesterday, and in the midst of all the sadness I found comfort through their compassion. Thank you for all the years of excellent care for our furbaby. We appreciate you all.

I took my fur baby for rabies shot today. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and helpful!! My little baby was scared because of the unfamiliar place and resisted to get out of the bag. The staff and doctor calmed him down nicely and gently, and gave him the shot even he wasn’t aware that it already finished!!! Very professional and nice vet!! I recommend this animal hospital to all pets’ parents!

I have been a client since 1995 and drive in from Miami to access the services of Dr. Lori Meacham and her team. Her skill and knowledge are excellent and her demeanor kind and supportive. You can tell she really loves animals and finds ways to help them and their owners too.
I feel very fortunate to be able to access her skill and likewise commend Dr Berg, her associate, for his talents.

VCA Pines West Animal Hospital has been caring and loving toward our Jack Russell, Jack and they will continue that love and care for the newest member of our family, Gunther Bean Sparrow, The Kitten 🥰

We are huge fans of VCA Pines, the staff is super friendly and they always treat my pups with kindness and care. They have an app which makes it super easy to keep track of my dogs vaccines and records and also easy to book an appointment. The vets I have met have always been very informative and kind to my dogs. I love that they take their time too instead of trying to rush you out of the room. Happy fur parent :)

I’ve had dogs my entire life, I’ve been to many vets.. VCA Pines is the best one I have been to. They treat my dog, Leo, like a local celebrity whenever we come in! Dr. Lori Meacham is wonderful. The whole staff truly make us both feel cared for. Very compassionate place that I highly recommend.

Dr Berg is wonderful...he knew my dog from puppy to the end, and he was there. Our Hailey was always so comfortable with him. We miss her and we are glad to see all the great reviews. Dr Berg is gifted for sure! Hope he is still there doing his thing...for the animals 👍🏼
