Murph's Hot Dogs

I haven't been to Murphs in years, mainly because I'm seldom near Lancaster. I went for the first time in 5 years, and he recognized me right away. I forgot how good these hot dogs are. The Drive Home with hot mullish put a giant smile on my face. Murphs is the best around.

The most wonderful little wiener stand in the land! I met a wonderful gentleman with a good sense of humor accompanied by a very polite woman. I loved how fun and kind they were. I didn’t realize how delicious they would be on our road trip! He also added funny faces to the hot dogs which pleased my inner child. Thank you for the wonderful time!! He’s been around for over 17 years he told me, I hope for many more!

Earlier in the afternoon, my husband said he wanted a hotdog and hoped that we would find one in our travels. As we were Geocaching, we stumbled upon Murph’s hot dogs and were amazed that there was a hot dog trailer parked along the road. My husband’s dreams came true!

Murph and Kim are super friendly and helpful! The hot dogs are delicious. Murph is a good time, and we took a selfie together before we left.

If you’re wondering, we found the geocache! Murph would have helped us if we needed it!

First time trying them out and by far best chili cheese dogs in the area. The taco dog was spicy but the flavor was amazing!! The chili and cheese used for the hot dogs is perfection. Owner is also the nicest person ever. There’s a little park in front of the food truck with a picnic table so it can be a nice spot to grab a dog and chill a bit. Highly recommend.

Best hot dogs in New England hands down, and the service is fun and friendly always

One of the nicest guys I ever met. I asked about veggie meat and he said he could make me a custom veggie dog with what he's got. He was super friendly, and not condescending. I'm really happy I decided to check.

Perfect spot to enjoy a hot dog meal. I stop at this place whenever I am driving back from rte 495 and am hungry. Owner is happy to be here providing a good mix of hot dog toppings. Even though there is a line sometimes I find it moves quick.
They also have a couple picnic tables and park benches. So if you have a little but of time it is nice to sit and eat on the grounds.

I enjoyed the F out of the Taco Dog and Drive Home Dog...prices are also second to none!

Stopped here on a whim not expecting much and was blown away. The two running the place were extremely personable and funny. There were plenty of options to choose from, all of which sounded delicious. The hot dogs we got were amazing in all ways. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service with a comical slant! Loved my Just" ketchup, mustard, onions and relish! I guess he could see my Irish! Lol like I said excellent service Orange Dry? Now come on, love this! The only thing I missed was the natural casing. Good stop and fun interaction. Had a Molly Dog today! OMG! So yummy!

Best hot dog I’ve ever had!!! Murph is a wicked nice guy as well and will let you know what’s best on your hot dog and he’s always right . If you’ve never been then you have to go. It’s right on 117

I've driven past Murphy's quite a few times and finally stopped in today. WOW!! What a treat!! Murph is hilarious and the hotdogs are the BEST!! I'll be back!!!

Murph's is a great place to grab a quick lunch. Tasty hot dogs and the variety of toppings is excellent. Probably the best part of a lunch at Murph's . . . is Murph. A great guy who has a terrific view on life. Stop in!

Murph is a legendary personality and always ready to have conversation and joke around. The menu has something for everyone and occasionally offers new items. Classics include the almighty taco dog, Molly dog and Coney island. Fresh chili is made daily and is tasty. Prices are great, taste is on point, and Murphy's personality matched with the park location provides an excellent outdoor eating environment. Highly recommended food truck!
