Finally! after going to different salons and not being satisfied with my haircuts, i found salon nova and it was the best decision i made for my hair :) . I explained them what i wanted for my haircut and they delivered ! It was a great experience , every one was professional and i would go there again

After countless of hair appointments at several salons, I finally was able to have a stylist achieve a result that is making progress towards my hair goals. The stylist was receptive and communicated well, she was kind and did a great job. I will be back for sure!

I've been a customer of Nova since 2014. He's absolutely the BEST at extensions and we've created the most amazing color palettes for my hair. Top marks all around! I've started using the salon for laser facial treatments and other services and couldn't be happier. I can't say enough about the incredible service and satisfaction of being a client.

Quite literally the best hair cut I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve lived all over the country! Michael did a fantastic job cutting my 2B/C curly hair. He was so much fun to chat with and is so talented and professional. Not only is this the best cut I’ve ever gotten, it’s also the most affordable curly cut! I was able to pay for my cut, three products, and leave a well deserved tip for the cost of what a curly cut has cost me other places. Michael and Salon Nova will be my permanent hair home from now on. I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment! ❤❤

Nichole is was so passionate and skilled! She taught me so much during my apt! After many disappointments with East Town Spa, I tried Salon Nova, and I am so happy that I did! They are truly exceptional! Nichole told me about the owner, who patented his own lash technique, and the end result is so superior to the work of other salons! I will not only be returning, but I already booked another appointment for next week. They offer just about any beauty service you can think of. Thanks Salon Nova for fitting me in last second, and for a fabulous first time experience!

I have gone here to get my lashes done for 6 years and they are the best. I love their new space, it's gorgeous. Each stylists is amazing and does a great job but Josh is my favorite. I've had to go to other places due to travel and can for sure say they do the best. I would highly recommend going to them but you do have to book in advance, especially if you want to see someone specifically.

Loved this salon! Got a hydra facial with Kaitlyn and it was great. Normally when I get a facial my skin looks red and irritated for a few days, but I left feeling great. Thought it seemed pricey going in but results made it more than worth it. Would recommend!

Michael Rocks! I’ve been going to him a short time, but I tell y’all the cuts and color he gives are excellent!! The cut and color I received yesterday is outstanding! Love him!

I've been getting a Ouidad cut for my curly hair at Salon Nova for years, and have a wonderful experience every time! Stylists are incredibly nice and are happy to even offer a glass of wine while you're getting styled. The salon is also beautiful, all around a wonderful experience every time!

I'm late in posting - this place is fantastic! Best salon experience EVER. Matt is charming, talented and makes the entire experience a complete pleasure. I went at a very difficult time and he transported me emotionally and considerably brightened my look. In one hour's time he provided perfect highlights and excellent haircut. I floated out and have been raving about Salon Nova since. Lived in Chicago nearly 30 years and now in DC and this was the absolute best!

I go to Salon Nova for my lashes, hair cut and color. I love the service there and the people that work there. They go above and beyond specially with my work schedule they try to work with me. I was there getting my hair color after work and due to my hair not taking in color they stayed late until my hair took the color. I was unable to eat dinner and they were so sweet to run down the road to pick up my dinner and allow me to eat while I was waiting for the color to sit in. Highly recommend this place.

Salon Nova's atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I absolutely LOVE Anthony. Not only is he professional but he was warm, kind, and he gets my girls to open up and talk about things. Thank you for customer service.

I initially left the salon feeling dismayed - when setting up my appointment, I had requested a stylist who could work with wavy hair. I wasn't aware that they had Ouidad stylists, so I didn't know that's what I had to ask for (my mistake). I absolutely would have paid the premium for it had I known. They set me up with a lovely stylist, but she didn't do what I was expecting - we ended up just doing the trim and not completing the haircut I was envisioning. I called back the next day to explain my disappointment, and Michael (the owner) reached out and was able to bring me in that very day. He did a MARVELOUS job, and my hair looks lovely! I was absolutely expecting to just pay the difference, but he wouldn't even let me - such a nice guy. I hate complaining or making a fuss, but I really really appreciate him taking the time to help me out. Will definitely be returning & anyone who has waves/curls should know that he will take good care of you ^-^

Michael has cut my curly hair several times and I've always been happy with the result. He knows how to cut curly hair and has been trained by Ouidad - I was so happy to find him in Milwaukee! Above his expertise, Michael is kind, professional, and lovely to spend an hour or two with. He also does not overcharge for his expert services. If you need a place you can trust to cut/style curly hair in Milwaukee this is it.

I had no doubts in my mind that Aly would be styling my hair for my wedding day. She has been my stylist for years and I trusted her with my curly and unruly hair. On the day of, both Aly and Karmine effortlessly styled our hair. They were professional, cheery, and all of our hair was beautiful. It held all day and through dancing the night away.

I've been seeing Lauren for over a year now for a bleach & tone and she does a wonderful job! She is personable and professional. The salon as a whole is beautiful and the staff are friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
