AXIS Delray Beach

I moved into my apartment home in September and have had nothing but good experiences all around. Tracy, the Property Manager is super nice & helpful. The apartments are beautifully renovated and the location is close to everything you need. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and efficient. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment.

I lived in Axis Delray Beach for five years. It's a wonderful neighborhood with an excellent location. It's quiet and safe, which makes it a great place to live. The staff at the office are amazing people; they were always willing to help me with anything I needed. I highly recommend this neighborhood if you are looking for a peaceful and friendly community.

Tracy is excellent. She really cares about the residents and the community. When I have a problem she gets it figured out. She is a great addition to Axis.

I’m very pleased with my new home. Christobell was amazing. She helped with every step. The process was fast and easy. Apartment is clean and well maintained. The property is spacious, gates are closed. Great location, everything you need is literally 5 minutes away. Thank you so much!

I moved to this community two month ago and I absolutely love it, Tracy the new manager is doing an amazing job, she is always very helpful and very pleasant to talk to as well as the rest of the staff .The maintenance crew are also great, especially I have to mention Wilfredo who had done a great job completing every work order to make my place even nicer an more comfortable. Love living in Axis of Delray 😊

I normally don’t post reviews unless they are great experiences or bad. I am posting this because I had such a great encounter with Jordan! He went above and beyond to help me make the decision to make Axis my new home. He was knowledgeable, caring, and humorous as well! Very well put together individual who takes his job very serious. If you go to Axis, make it a priority to meet Jordan for a great experience!

I’ve lived here for 5 years, really good atmosphere. I love the lake view in the sunset, and also the quiet of this place. All of the staff are extremely kind and courteous, especially Jordan that goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. The amenities are top notch and you cannot beat the location, everything you need is close by. If you get the opportunity to live at Axis Delray Beach, I say jump on it!!!

I wanted to just start by saying a special thanks to Jordan he has been super helpful through the whole process and seems like a really genuine person, the moving process was super simple, I was a little hesitant from the older reviews but from what it looks like things have improved drastically, we moved into a newly renovated apartment, there are a few minor issues but Jordan has been talking to me about them and hopefully they should be taken care of soon! The property is beautiful and I have not had any issues with neighbors or noise everything has been great, happy to be moved in and looking forward to my time here with my girlfriend and puppy!

I am not a person to leave reviews, but in this case, I had to because it's so well deserved.
2 of my son's moved in to this community the past few weeks. (They are not in the same unit) The Apartments are exceptional.
We had a great experience in the office where every detail was handled to perfection and with great assistance from Autumn, Matthew, and Jordan.
When I helped my son the past few days move in I was blown away by the amazing attention to detail that this property management company gives to residents.
The cleanliness was good, but the paint detail, the glossy white baseboards painted perfectly, the moldings, the appliances,. I could totally nerd out on my construction appreciation ( I work for a General Contractor), but let me tell you about the "extra's"- they have a "Gift wrap center" ( are you kidding? How awesome! It's Christmas time and my boys don't buy wrapping paper- lol)
By far however, was how amazing it was that I walked into the office without an appointment, and Autumn and Matthew were so helpful and amazing! They put up with my helicopter Mom-self being involved. They just "understood".
I have been living at the same rental community in Boca for four years, the community I live in advertises as a "luxury" community and comparatively speaking it doesn't scratch the surface and now I am thinking of moving to Axis myself.

I recently toured a property at Axis and even though I decided not to lease here, the staff was phenomenal, specifically Jordan! He showed me one of the townhomes and knew everything about the property. He answered every question I had and helped me imagine myself living there. He was amazing and if you're looking to tour Axis, Jordan is the perfect person to do the job.

I love the service it was very easy. Jordan Williams explain very well. Enjoy the tour. I love the breakdown and the patient and understanding and trying to work with me and help me get all the paperwork together. The email was very quick he replies very quickly 10 out of 10.

Love it here! Ive been living here for about 5 months and really have no complaints. If I ever need anything fixed they come super quick to fix it, it’s a very pretty modern apartment, and the staff, specifically, Jordan is amazing!! He’s professional, helpful, and super friendly!

Honestly don’t have anything bad to say about living at Axis since I’ve moved here recently. Was weary about the bad reviews I read prior to move in, and wanted to let others know everything has been great here, no complaints once so ever! The renovated apartment is so nice, have awesome neighbors in our building all around our age (early/mid 20’s), everyone has been super friendly in the office and complex. I’ve had a few maintenance requests and they were answered in a quick and timely manner. I wouldn’t trust the bad reviews!! :)

It's a great place with many amenities, and a nice view from most areas.

The leasing office is also very proactively informative about what is on the lease and why certain aspects of the lease have to be the way they are. Jordan, in particular, at the leasing office was very professional, patient, flexible, and also attentive to situational details that allowed me to make the best decision.

If you're looking for an apartment in the area, it is a fantastic place to consider.

Jordan is the reason I took the chance and applied. I was so hesitant that I may not be approved and because of our conversation, I took the chance. I went to view the apartment but then wanted to see the townhome which was beautiful!! in less than 20 minutes I was approved after submitting my online application. But because of Jordan I felt confident enough to apply. Thank you so much Jordan.

I've been living in Axis about a year now and overall it's been great. It's a beautiful community and the new management and staff in the leasing office are the best. The new management are extremely professional, respond to emails at a timely fashion, and make this awesome place to live. The amenities are now top notch too. The new gym, pool, and private gates look phenomenal. Keep up the good work guys!

Jordan is the most amazing person ever. he has always had my back when it comes to fixing something in my apt. Whee we were away from our home Jordan was there to let me in to our apt to get things and would take me in the golf set to the townhouse we were staying. He did this many times.. He goes above and beyond for all the residents and is wise beyond his years. A tremendous asset to Axis and he definitely deserves a raise for all the hard work he puts in. I can’t praise him enough ❤. Matthew has been there for me for the three years I have been living here. He has always been willing to help me whenever he can. He has helped with maintenance issues and with getting our alarm rewired and if I ever need anything in the office he is always there to help me.Idela has been instrumental in getting our apt renovated bc of the mold. She has gone above and beyond to get everything rectified for us Because of these three people things get done ❤
