Thai store is always great. The staff is always happy and they are very nice. If you cannot find what you are looking for, they can give you suggestions on where to go and get what you need.

Great prices and good selection of items make this a better alternative to big box hardware stores. Staff are a little more approachable and aisles are well marked.

A close friend needed to buy tools and a battery charger. Being unable to drive, i gave him a lift. He's been purchasing with this company for years and only had great things to say.

The employees at Harbor Freight were very friendly and helpful there was only one torque wrench on the Shelf I was walking through the store employee asked if everything was okay and I asked him if they had any more because the one I was looking at was a little questionable in the stamp in the middle was a little light hard to read so he brought me out 6 brand new ones I chose one it was very good could see it very clear love that place

They have good prices but not so good products when the price is low. Big surprise. The staff was good and helpful. And the store was clean and well lit. I get emails from them and they boasted about a President's Day sale but when I went to the checkout it turns out that I was not eligible or the product wasn't eligible. That's kind of annoying. And a prime example of bait and switch.

This harbor freight is exceptional! I usually walk in like a man on a mission and I’m met by a team that would like to help me get what I need quickly. Josh S helped me out and he seemed to have a great passion for finding products for customers! You can tell the management is great here!

Needed a pressure cleaner to clean my wood fence. Bought the one fir $89.99 with a $10 off coupon. Great deal.
As far as cleaning capability, I'll give it an 8 out of 10 because while it did a great job removing the mildew, it lacked hard pressure, so it took quite a bit of time. Worthy, but if you want to get through the chores easily and quickly, get one that has additional pressure. It may cost more, but time wise, it may save you some!

Went to Harbor freight the other day and needed a fuel Transfer stick. Also picked up some tarps and rope, always good to have on hand. Service was quick and professional.

My Welder Titanium started acting up yesterday on a job. So I called corporate and was on hold with Harbor Freight for 45 minutes to no avail... so I decided to call the Local Delray Branch The manager Phil was very courteous and helpful! He helped me get my account pulled up I had purchased extended warranty so they gave me a new welder! I purchased the protection plan again. I was loosing hope but Phil really made me happy with his great service!

Staff is awesome. Helped me save and gave a great price on the warranty for the products I purchased. Being harbor freight tools, I assumed they would be more on the lines of few time use items, but as for the grinder I purchased, it works as good as my name brand one at home. Best place to go when you need a tool for just a couple projects without needing to trade your soul as a cost.
