There are a few spots for overnight parking. Quick check in, within thirty minutes was assigned a door. Unload was quick, waiting for finished paperwork took awhile.
Still a good place to deliver.

Parking before guard shack and walk your papers up to guard shack to check in. Reflective vest required when checking in.
Arrived 45 minutes late for my appointment they took me no problem. Live unload in two and a half hours. Friendly staff.
Lumper fee is Capstone, paperless.

My appointment was tomorrow at 8 AM but they took me today at noon. very quick to unload altogether. I was there an hour and a 1/2. and that's including lumpur fee. overall, it was a great experience.

In at 715am for an 8am appointment. Unloaded at 904am. Lumper fee $151/half a trailer. Capstone Logistics is using the relay app for payments. Pretty slick. They text you the link. You pay. Then they call you back to receiving to get your BOLS, the gate pass and lumper receipt. Right lanes for outside carriers. 15 MPH limit. Parking outside the gate for a couple dozen trucks.

Over night parking available 15 trucks but thay give me 3:00 am door and 10:53 am finest every thinks

Great respectful staff please read the signs checked in a little under 2 hours before appointment time was put in dock out in less than two hours

I checked in at 7:00 am for an appointment at 8:30 they gave me a call at 7:55 am
For a door got empty by 8:55 am paid Lumpur fee and out by 9:15 am

Waaw, what a wonderful job even I didn't expect though thay can do this. I was worrying about my next load for 2 pm pick up, which, if I miss it, I will miss my next day flight ✈ now. I am surprised with their job
I am not sure if I am the luckiest guy or if they make some changes for what they have done for the past days

Those bad reviews made me disappointed for the first time before I came here

Compare to other mid size grocery franchises , such as food lion , Tyson or even hellofresh. This brand Albertson really stands out. Smooth proceses and respectful staffs. Of course is a grocery DC so expect around 2-3 hours dock time. Plan your trip accordingly, besides that , good experience.

Had to say most of the reviews I can understand I showed up a day early for my appointment time guard told me to sit and wait the 8 p.m. to check in 8:30 I got door 10:30 I got unloaded a lumber rolling out the gate quick fast and friendly

Arrived 1 hr early , they had me park for about 20mins called me with door, began unloading roughly 30-45mins after I had door total in/out time 2hrs. Wasn’t totally a nightmare

I was worried because of the reviews but I was in and out fairly quickly.

Appt 0730 arrived 0719 in door 0810 begin unloading 0817 unloaded 0910 paperwork in hand after lumper fee paid 1022. Must wear vest. People at in gate and receiver window professional and easy going. This was on a Wednesday.

Although there are no sign or board that says so...but still...DO NOT pull straight to the guard shack. Park in staging area and walk to guard shack. Friendly people. Arrived st 2.45 for 3.30 appointment. Got a call for door at 3. Started unloading at 4. Got a call for paperwork at 8 😐. Had a prepaid lumper.

Appointment at 8, check in at 6am left at 7:40 not bad at all

Checked in 5:30am for 6am appointment, got doors 5:45, 6:45 out with bills in hand. Limited overnight parking.

Good experience. Brought in a relay load at 6am out by 845am. Not bad. I was able to wait overnight on yard because I was early.

Checked in two hours before my appointment time. Empty before my appointment time. Excellent experience today.

I had kive unload, once I checked with guard next 15 mns they assigned me for door, 1 hrs in&out great 👍

0600 appt arrived at 0436 in the door and checked I 0457 got My BOLs and out the door to My truck at 0555....great place no problems. I'd deliver here every day if could.
