I usually don’t make reviews on google, but after shopping in this store, I changed my mind! This store has probably the best customer service I have experienced yet. They open the shoe box and take out all the stuffing before giving me the shoe to try it on. They have many styles from Steve Madden and Chinese Laundry. They always have new sales and I always get my shoes cheaper than the franchise stores. I have shopped for myself and also my wife before. We both love the shoes they sell, the customer service, and music!!! Something that I have to add to this review is that this store smells so good! I don’t know how to explain this scent, but it makes me keep coming back to buy shoes! They are located in Pembroke Gardens and the rest of the shopping center is amazing too!
