AT&T Store

I recently visited the AT&T store, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. They made the process of choosing a plan and upgrading my device a breeze. The store was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. I left the store feeling confident in my choice and satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend this store.

Just left the store, amazing service. New management is great as well. I was helped by the manager damian and moylin. Best at&t store i’ve visited so far i got my i phone 15 pro max in the matter of 30 minutes efficient & straight to the point. 10/10

The Staff at the ATT Store by Pembroke Commons is AWESOME!! My husband and I went three times before we transferred our cell lines to ATT and I purchased a new phone.

The staff welcomes you with a smile and they can answer every question. They make recommendations that benefit your lifestyle. And you can tell that they truly enjoy their work.

Entered store terribly upset due lack of phone service. However the day and entire negative experience was managed very adequately by store manager Nikki. Very pleased to have encountered such well informed associate. She saved 1/2 the day.

We went in to move our service to ATT I picked the pixel 6. I recently went to turn in my phone to Leo and I mentioned really to my husband and him that I was not really happy. Due to it not having a feature that I loved on my old phone. Surprise text from Leo. He went out of his way to find a way to get it on my phone. It was the best surprise and service I have received in a while. Made this customer feel valued and listened to. Thank you Leo it was important to me and you realized that. Great service recommendations coming your way.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time, but i just had so much going on. Around 3 weeks ago I got my phone stolen at pembroke gardens, i walked in here immediately after and Nikki and her colleague (i want to say his name was jared ?) helped me SO MUCH. They gave me the best advice and really showed great customer service :’) i came here a few days after & nikki helped me install a sim card & just gave me so much helpful info. Nikki if you see this thanks again to you both!

We went in to buy a new smartphone and Marcus helped us tremendously, he was very patient and answered all of our questions. The store was closing so I left and tried to transfer my new phone at home. I had problems so I came back the next day. Marcus got all my files transfered to the new phone and answered all my questions. Great customer service here....N. Acosta

A great store with extremely professional service. I brought my elderly parents to this location to switch carrier company and get new phones. Jose and Carmelo were both patient and caring. They took the time necessary to ensure all was ok. Will definitely be back. Service like no other!

The Customer Service at this store is awesome my uncle is 70 years old and he wanted a certain device they assisted him with the device and also took the time out and showed him how to use it

Trade in my galaxy s10 note cracked up glass all round.and took it in . For a galaxy 22 ultra. The camera is way better than iPhone.im still learning more.thanks
