Fantastic customer service! The employees were eager to help and very friendly. The store was organized well, fully stocked, and very clean. I especially loved how well they showcased the Hispanic Heritage Month perfumer spotlight!

3 wick candle sale on. Wow! They give you a crate entering for those eager beavers. Down from $25 to $10...best out there and last a long time. Great Holiday Gift. They are very organized in the shop with envy of cashiers

Definitely one of my favorite brands. I discovered one old favorite that I hadn't seen in a long time, sweet pea, and discovered a new scent, Butterfly that I really love.

Nice service! I learned that they sell cute gift sets to give as a gift. I got one for my friend full of Japanese Cherry Blossom products.

Britney consistenly takes explemplary care of me when I am in the store.

Love going to this location as it is easy to access. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wish they had gift baskets available at any time vs. special days i.e. Mothers Day.

I’m regular customer but I had the best customer experience ever with Christina on 4/9/22. (Receipt shows her cashier ID is 3229377) I came in for wallflowers but my experience was out if this world. She was so nice and bubbly, we talked about my dog and and other things. She made me feel so comfortable shopping, like I was shopping with my friend. She truly has a passion for what’s shes’s doing and gives her best!! Smiling, polite, and happy all the way!! This girl deserves a raise!! She goes above and beyond in her job! she’s the best employee I’ve ever encountered, and trust me, I’ve been do several BBW stores, in other states and countries, but this girl was the best and I will definitely return to this store to shop again with her.

As soon as i stepped inside the store i was greeted by a very nice and polite store greeter telling me about the sales that they have as well as the hand sanitizer they have in the store. The store was very clean and very well organized. The sales girl that helped me was so nice, polite and may i add a delightful person. She helped me find perfect candles for my family for christmas 2020. I will very much go back to the store.

I will drive 30 extra minutes west just to come to this location. They have the nicest most helpful staff, all other locations need to learn from them when it comes to customer service. I haven't bought anything from Bath Body Works in a long while. Today I found some great buys and will return to shop more at this location. Plus their store is organized and styled perfectly. The candle section is magical 🎄🎁

I love how they give you hand sanitizer when you first walk in to clean your hands.

This location has a wide variety of everything, including the wall plug-ins. The store is clean, neat, and plenty of hand sanitizer at the entrance. There is always a manager around in case of anything and they do ask everyone to wear a face mask. Very friendly staff too. Love it here!!

Third time I visit this location and it has always been a pleasant experience. Employees greet you with a warm smile. They let you know about the sales going on that day. They arent pushy like other stores. Today I was beyond grateful for the customer service attention stephanie provided. Found my new permanent store lol. Cant forget how helpful Kyle also was. Great place, location, staff but overall flow of the aroma is indescribable... Parking was easy to find and prices were reasonable for the quality of the products. I love candles & this place gives all my senses a joy.

Store was well organized. I went during the hours when most people are at work,. Therefore, the store wasn't crowded. Took my time to browse\walk around store. Store employees were available to assist, if needed, but wasn't overly pushy.

Super customer service. The air conditioner was broke that day and they were super sweets for a hot store. They had 3 cashier to avoid customers waiting. Very good selection and various prices. I am going back because of customers service experience.

I went during the semi-annual sale yesterday and despite the wall to wall throngs of people shoving for candles and soaps, the floor staff was incredibly accessible and friendly. The registers were also all occupied which made the lines go by very quickly in both the B&BW and the WB areas of the store.

Lindsey exemplifies customer service. She is attentive, friendly, and polite. She should be recognized for her outstanding customer service and team work. Thank you, BBW, for hiring employees like Lindsey who make my shopping experience extraordinary!

Best store in pembroke! I love not having to enter the mall. They offer hand sanitizer when you enter and offer a shopping bag, they alsl limit customers inside the store, which is amazing . I never have issues with items being in stock. Staff is always friendly. kuddos to this location!
