Very professional and helpful

Me and my daughter are both this able and suffer from mental health issues especially learning and it affects every area of her life especially public situations in encounters with people. I felt bullied and did not feel like the two officers in court should have handled me and my daughter in the way they did. The judge made the comment that my daughter must not be too disabled because she can drive and I did not realize even how offensive that was until driving home from court and my daughter repeated what was said I later heard her on the phone saying maybe the judge was right and she should not ever drive and just because you have a disability should not stop you from driving or working or going to court with your head held high and that was not my experience. They had me so upset I was in there crying and instead of giving me a moment I was just drilled back to bad in front of my daughter who I was trying to speak for and in front of the whole courtroom. This is a terrible way to show Power! I used to wonder why the youth would have such poor talk of encounters and images of the police in justice system well today I seen it first-hand. I was in the bathroom when she was found guilty of driving without a license and had I of not screamed and yelled this would have been on her record for her whole life! I am exhausted from trying to argue 4 right that me and my daughter should have like anyone else

I usually don't leave Google reviews and I am only leaving this one because the employee I spoke with today was so extremely rude. I didn't catch her name or believe me, I would've called her supervisor and complained but she was definitely middle-aged and had a thick southern accent. I called asking for help on an issue and explained the difficulties I was having with the website, to which she balked and acted as if I was lying. The entire time she was basically calling my integrity into question instead of just being a kind and helpful person. I would totally give this "Karen" some social skill training because her lack of human decency is gross.

The security lady in judge Holland courtroom w glasses and short hair is rude as ever she tells me to don't talk to my daughter when I'm asking about her case ,but let the officers from a different race giggle n talk for like five mins when the judge in the chair..u can't stretch your arms in the court never in my life have I ever been to a court room that u can't stretch your arms we're all human make it make sense..shes rude like she have an attitude and showed favoritism..our black African American sista...if u don't like your job it's always another job out there ma'am..blessing to you
