E-ZR IMPACT GLASS exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their service and product quality. I recently moved into a new apartment and needed to upgrade the windows to high-impact glass. After extensive research and recommendations, I chose E-ZR IMPACT GLASS, and I'm thrilled with the results.
The consultation process was enlightening, with their team providing valuable insights into the benefits of high-impact glass for my apartment. They were patient, understanding, and tailored their recommendations to my specific needs.

The owner Abraham was very nice because he took his time fixing my open door by installing the impact glass. The impact glass must be firm enough to stay on the door. The needles are being used as you can see in the pictures shown below . Without the needles, there wouldn’t be a window or door repaired. If the glass breaks he would have to replace the broken glass with a new one . It was important for Abraham to wear gloves so he could protect his hands from injuries. He also informed me that I should keep his contact information for emergencies. He took a half hour to finish the installation. We’ve waved goodbye to each other once he was finished.

They came out the very next day to repair and replace my broken windows.

Abraham is the nicest and convenient person ever! A rock shattered my windshield on my car. I must say everyone else prices were above high, but not Abraham. Wow wow wow! When I tell you I have never had fast reliable service from any company before this it’s just crazy. I had bad accident with my kids playing baseball in the backyard and the ball going through our kitchen window. It was a bad accident with broken glass everywhere. I called and Abraham answered right away, and he was the nicest most understanding person ever and he was able to get the job done within the next day.
