Closing agent named Susan wired home sale proceeds using correct account number but WRONG names. Then Susan had the audacity to charge US $40 to re-wire to correct names! (Note that one wiring fee had already been charged for the first, failed wire.} I don't know who regulates title companies but I plan to find out and complain. Follow up: Neither this Google review nor letters to the firm received any action re: refunding the $40 added charge for sending the wire correctly, the 2nd time. The title company is owned by an attorney. A complaint to the Florida Bar Assn. did get the owner's attention, and he sent a refund with apology. Sad that it takes a Bar complaint to get the right thing done ... even though Susan used incorrect names on first try.
