I went over here to do a couple of errands I received great customer service at the store that I went to. I'm definitely going to recommend Chesterfield crossing whether you're just traveling through or your local stop in and get some of your needs met

Super busy, but there is always plenty of parking available.

Love this store. You can find the items you need for your pets. And you can see other pets that are for sale, and all the accessories you can buy for them. Clean store and friendly employees.

I visited PetSmart today wishing to have my dogs toenails clipped. That was about 8:30 in the morning and they suggested I come back at 2:00 because they only clip between two and four. I returned at about 5 minutes until 2:00. They took him right in and at 2:00 handed him back. You can't be service like that. They could have cut his toes a little shorter but they certainly did it quickly and without any major issue. Thank you, PetSmart

Went to 2nd & Charles. I love that place. The books! Omg I love books. They always have a bin of free books outside and a few carts of discounted books ranging from $1 to $5. Great deals all around. They also have gaming supplies, toys, music, and some instruments. I badly wanted to play a guitar but was hesitant to ask a sales associate to help me as I knew I could not buy it that day. I will however be back.

There's lots to offer here from the best shoe store customer service on the planet at Lucky Road run shop, lots of dinner options to stay or go, the Guitar Center, Cold Stone and more!

All of my go to stores are in one place. You have Home Improvement, Subs, Beauty Supply, Pet Care, Shoe Store, good fast food, Groceries/Clothes store. I really miss the craft store, but I love this shopping center.

Went to the emergency Ortho on call location. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a joint or bone injury that requires immediate attention. Staff and PA were great!

We were able to find just what we were looking for in a very timely manner. Customer service was very professional. Multiple stores to choose from at this location. Finding parking was easy and we had no issues in the parking lot.

I found everything that I needed at the Midlothian Va store. Everyone was courteous who worked there. I get my tires there too. Great prices on Michelin and other tires and store items. Great place to shop. I do wish that they carried glass bottled water like Aqua Panna or Voss but I can get from Amazon.

Chesterfield Crossing is home to a collection of extremely useful stores, like Home Depot and Walmart, as well as some fun ones, like 2nd and Charles. Parking lot is spacious and flows well. No complaints as far as a shopping center goes!

I love petsmart in general. I always have a great experience and my kids love going to "just look" at the animals. Also love we can take our pets with us.

Last time I went here was years ago. But great chain restaurants and stores and vendors to buy and sell stuff from. Barnes and noble is also located here. Love that bookstore plus the Starbucks coffee.

Our waitress was awesome. Very friendly,sweet, kind. My daughter's first time at O'charleys and she loved it.

One of the largest shopping complexes I've ever seen in my life! You can find everything here from doctors to restaurants to shopping to scroll Surrey to entertainment it's everything you need is out here if you're from out of town and you happen to stumble across this you'll find whatever you need anytime it's amazing!
