These guys did a great job at a reasonable price. Easy to deal with. They can do the work remotely through their company portal online, so it doesn’t matter where you’re located. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

I'll be honest, I had procrastinated doing my taxes for farrrrrrrrrrr too long but Rebecca and Ben never made me feel stupid. Best of all, they turned it all around and even got me a totally unexpected refund. Great people to work with.

Even if I had ended up owing money, I appreciated their hard work and the fact that I never felt like just another customer.

I hate doing taxes. Absolutely hate it. And my last tax preparer was mean - to the point of not having a place for her clients to sit while she went over stuff - at her counter! What the heck?!

But Ben goes out of his way to make his customers feel respected and seen and makes sure that they are comfortable. He even gives an annual party for his clients to stop in and chat - kind of like a "meet and eat" event and I believe it usually includes his favorite food: bacon! When is the last time that your tax office threw you a party?

Much of the process with Tax Team can be done online - very helpful. And for the times when you do come in to drop off documents, sign anything or to pay your bill, the offices are pleasant, the seating is comfortable, and there are even snacks! But best of all is the people. Rebecca and Ben and the whole team care about their clients.

Yes, Tax Team provides a service and they get paid for their work (reasonable rates - you want cheap, shoddy work you can find it somewhere else); but unlike lots of other tax preparers, they do a great job of making you feel welcome, seen, and respected and it is Ben's mission to get every last dime that you deserve.

I avoided the big corporate places that focus on giving you tax refund loans (at a cost) vs getting your taxes done correctly. With the other guys it all seems to be a numbers game of getting the most clients in the door and the emphasis seems to be on speed vs looking for the most ways to save the client money.

I just can't say enough good things about Rebecca, Ben and Tax Team. If you need someone to help you with your WI and/or Federal taxes you can't go wrong with Tax Team. They have offices in Milwaukee, West Allis and Waukesha. Give them a try. You'll be happy that you did.

I had the most awesome experience with them!! I got behind in my tax returns and I asked them for help.. I didn't need any high priced attorneys.. just someone to hold my hand thru the fear of catching up..I wound up getting 12,000 of refunds . Thanks Peter and Ben.. see ya in a couple months!!

Great experience!! Been getting my taxes done for the past 3 years. 1st year they found money owed to me from a review of my previous taxes. They even help when it's not tax season I needed mine on a PDF for getting a home loan and Ben was quick to get it for me. Very efficient and thorough!! Reasonable pricing.

This was my first year using The Tax Team and I couldn't be more happy. The owner went above and beyond and did my taxes over email. The rates were affordable and no more expensive than Turbotax. I've been having the Tax Team do my taxes now for a few years. Benjamin is great to work with. When I first went there they went through my previous years taxes, as far back as they legally could, and found a lot my regular accountant missed. Yes I had an actual accountant doing my taxes and she missed a ton of stuff. You will always get what you deserve with the Tax Team and they will always work to help you the best they can. I simply can't recommend them enough.

I have had our taxes done here for about 10 years. Don't listen to all of the fake reports on this business. They actually take the time to ask questions that CPA'S don't ask. Because of these questions, Ben found a way to save me over $2000 on the previous year's filing done by a CPA!
Perhaps the fact that is price was 50% less than what I paid the previous year is why I continue to drive 110 miles to have my taxes done at Tax Team. I'd be stupid to trust the bogus comments to keep me from going back to someone who is truly PROFESSIONAL!

After using either Turbo Tax or H & R Block for the past several years, last year my fiancè Dave talked me into trying Tax Team for my taxes, so I went to Ben at Tax Team, and I am so glad I did! He went back several years and found so many things missed. I'm very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness to the point where I will never go anywhere else to have my taxes done. In the past I've had my daughter doing my taxes; last year having some difficulty...with retirement, medicare, pensions and social security! Ben from the Tax Team took them and fixed up them right away for me...he even went back into 2014 and did some adjusting and I received money back from the state. This year --- he really pushed to get everything in it -- and every year I owe alot of money -- BUT this year not as much as last year.
