Carren, my agent, was really kind and helpful. As a relatively new driver, I don't know a lot about how the process of setting up auto insurance and obtaining estimates works. However, Carren made what she was explaining to me very simple for me to understand. She was delightful and so easy to chat to. Excellent customer service, ever!
