Food Lion

Everytime I come in here the place is clean and usually well stocked. I've stopped by in the morning, afternoon and night and never had a probably getting what I'm looking for. There are some really good hot chicken wings in the deli area that I highly recommend. There are self check out counters and attendants to help check you out. Food Lion is awesome!

The team there is always kind and the store is clean. That makes for a great shilopping experience.

The customer service there is great. Love the cashiers. Always fresh produce. The produce here an compete with Harris Teeter. The meats though are a little pricey

I only went in for some pads and headache medicine 💊 but I noticed that the store itself was so organized and clean. It speaks volumes but they have been consistent for years. It had been 15 years since I last visited this particular store and I was amazed 👏 that they were able to maintain this store properly. Usually food lion stores are nasty but this one was comparable to Publix.

I was able to get what I needed without any problems

Wonderful people work here. Manager, employees, lady in front of me use her discount card to get groceries because I left mine in the car, just nice.

5 stars as I go here all the time being a disabled veteran from jus picking up something, to getting taken here to shop, and even getting groceries delivered. They stay in stock, stay distanced, all employees wear their mask, they stay clean bathrooms and all, good hours to come what seems any time of day, they're very knowledgeable when asking for specific product. Just went and spent a lot to where I had 2 grocery carts full (no brag) but the manager blocked off the register I was at and then went to help the cashier bag up the groceries. She was sociable laughing joking and even offered a job although I can't work. I've been places where they have the cashier do it all themselves but this place gets the job done in a professional way

Such nice people that work here! It's always so well stocked and clean. Very neatly organized and easy to find things. If they don't have a sales item they're super quick to give a rain check. Favorite Food Lion in the area.

Very clean and organized. Friendly employees specially Erika who always ask about how my kids doing and the security guard always greeting me. I always find everything I need. One day they didn’t have the milk I wanted but I guess it’s was delivery day so I just came back next day and there it was. Not because one bad day people should give bad reviews. Not fair but whatever. Keep it up :)

Great store. Prices are competitive with other large chain stores. The store is always clean, meat department has most of the meat choices I am looking for. Rather puzzled about ghetto moments and smell of weed. I shop at Public, Harris Teeter and I see a diverse group of shoppers at each of these stores.. Just somewhat puzzled. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend shopping here for all who don't mind seeing a diverse population of shoppers.

After having a very long rough week I decided to pop in to get crab legs for myself. It was kinda late so I wasn’t sure if the department was open or not😩. I asked a worker and he told me the guy had left for the night but nonetheless he said I can call my manager. The urgency of the worker and the manager just blew me away. He came back with not only what I asked for but threw in a big surprise for me also😍 I was so happy and I had a wonderful dinner thanks to those Fellas! But more than anything the interaction was very friendly and warm. Exceptional Service

This is my favorite Food Lion, not only bc they are literally across the road from my apartment... The employees are doing a fantastic job during covid making sure everyone is wearing a mask as well as social distancing! Clean store and fully stocked shelves. This store deserved 5 stars😀

I love the staff here. Especially Miss Ivy and Christina they are always friendly, personable and inviting to my family and I. I dont particularly care for any other Food Lion in town. If they brought a water dispenser/water refill station to this location I'd probably never shop anywhere else in Charlotte!

Great prices, the men and women who work at this store are very helpful and professional. Prices are great my family and I try not shop no where else cause of the prices. This store does so much business cause of how great the prices are and how friendly the staff and management conduct there jobs. Tlyer the store manager(the best), Jarrid the assistant store manager (great manager)and Jonathan grocery manger (hard worker) allso Dammon closing manger (gets the store looking beautiful), are friendly, helpful and will get what you are looking for. Great job foodlion on you stockers and front-end keep up the goodwork and those prices.P.s there are some many people I can name at that store make this foodlion tiptop and very best.

This place is always clean. It's been going through some remodeling and I can't find anything (right now) ...however that hasn't always been the case. The staff is always friendly. Produce is great and fresh which is VERY important to me. I visit at least 3 times a week since it's conveniently by my house.

Always friendly service & plenty of aisles open unlike that other mart. And if there is a line there's always an employee to open up another register or help you a customer service. The store is always clean and the produce is always fresh. Plus this is the only place I can find Gardein frozen products. I love the reasonable prices, but most importantly I love the environment. I can get in and out without having to go through the automotive section. Plus I love supporting local business and Food Lion is based in Salisbury NC

I love my neighborhood Food Lion! The staff is so friendly and I’ve seen the same faces since forever which means the turnover is low. They must treat their employees just as well as their customers which is awesome!!
