Saz's State House

It was our first time dining at Saz’s and we liked it! We celebrated a quiet birthday dinner. The food was decent. We had a great time! The staff were very polite and friendly!

The 4 patty build-yer-own Angus burger with American cheese slices in the middle of each patty was unbelievably amazing. Very juicy with just the perfect amount of grease oozing.

It was so good, I ordered another one 20 min later.

Kaitlan, our server, did a fantastic job with our party of 4.

Milwaukee water was clear and refreshing.

We got done eating and went straight to Saz's circle bar and had a few more rounds.

Looking forward to another visit to Saz's State House

I took my parents here for dinner and it was really good. We started out with the riblets with the classic sauce and onion straws. The riblets were bigger than anticipated and so tender. For the entree I got the chicken and waffles and it was really sweet. The chicken were chicken tenders and not bone in chicken. Moist chicken and fluffy waffles. My dad said the BLT-A sandwich and said the bacon was good but the sandwich was a little greasy for his liking. My mom got the pulled pork and loved it. I wish they had onion rings but the straws were good.

So yeah, I have loved Saz's for years, having eaten their food at Summerfest every year I've gone. In my eyes, their sampler platter is an institution.
I was in the area this past weekend and decided to go to their restaurant with my wife and a friend. It was not busy at all for a Saturday night, which I found a bit odd, but hey...
We started off with the festival combo and I apologize, as we started digging in before I got a decent pic, it was that inviting. My wife ordered the BBQ loaded mac and cheese while I got the Red, White, and Blue Burger on a pretzel bun.
My burger was cooked a perfect medium rare, just like I ordered, and it was a fantastic greasy burger! My wife's mac and cheese was fantastically creamy and delicious as well.
If there is one criticism, it was almost too much food for us. The portions were really good size and that is not a bad thing, but they were almost too big. Not complaining though!
Overall, it was a fun time and the atmosphere was great.

Vincent was such a fantastic waiter!! He was caring, charismatic and spot on with everything! He made wonderful suggestions (first timers!) and shared restaurant history. Such a wonderful experience! His personality and professionalism is what more restaurants need today! We will most definitely be back and will hope Vincent is working when we do! Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and for taking such good care of us!

We ordered dinner for pick up and it was delicious. Salads, burgers, chicken tenders and fries. It was easy to order (my first time ordering for pick up) and was ready exactly when they said it would be. They communicated via text. The food was fantastic.

The chive fries and ranch sauce are a must. The pulled pork is a favorite. I enjoy the burgers. The Nashville chicken could be hotter. Service was really good.

This was a Wonderful Restaurant we had a great waiter. Food came hot and fresh and didn't have to wait very long for our food to come to the table. Very clean and nice!

Placing an order for pick up online was so easy. They had the order ready in record time and the food was delicious.

Ordered a Family Style Nashville hot chicken dinner for takeout. So delicious and was ready quickly on a busy Friday night. 10/10, will be coming back!!!

😋 From the candied bacon with onion rings to the club sandwich with mac & cheese, this place hits the right notes! All of them yummy! The waitress was amazing! Thank you for everything!!

Great sports bar atmosphere with plenty of TV to watch all the games. The beers are always ice cold and they have plenty of fun and interesting cocktails for the nonbeer drinkers.

Server was friendly and prompt. Food came out quickly and was excellent. I'd definitely return!

The food was fabulous . Flat iron steak. Braised ribs and their version of creme brulee. Our server was very pleasant and took great care of us.

We love working with Saz's hospitality for work, and love their brick & mortar establishment as well. Best Mozzarella sticks in MKE, maybe the world. Catering is also amazing and affordable. Working with Charlie is wonderful, he is very responsive and knowledgable.

The food and service were awesome! It's definitely worth it, and I will be back!

Great food and great service. We had Friday fish fry it was absolutely great. I would definitely go back again and recommend it. We also had the old fashions they were great also.

We had a snow storm with over a foot of snow and Saz’s stayed open and provided us with their wonderful fish fry! Always great food. So appreciate the staff - they are the best!

the pot pie and fries are phenomenal! the staff really knows how to take care of there customers. hands down best pot pie I've ever had!
